Bitrix24 Widget for Website

What this solution does

The module integrates the standard Bitrix24 widget into website pages without requiring manual template editing. Administrators only need to insert the widget code obtained from Bitrix24, select the target site, and configure display conditions.

Multi-site Support

The administrative panel allows for explicit selection of a specific site. A single base configuration can be defined for all sites. If needed, any site can be assigned a unique widget code, schedule, display rules, and loading parameters. When individual settings are no longer required, the site can be reverted to inherit the global values.

Display Conditions

The module allows precise control over who sees the widget and on which pages. Display restrictions can be applied based on user groups, schedules, UTM parameters, and page address masks.

For example, the widget can be configured to:

- Show only to new, unauthenticated visitors;

- Activate exclusively during working hours;

- Display to users arriving from a specific advertising campaign;

- Disable in the personal account, during checkout, or on service pages;

- Use different settings simultaneously on an online store and a corporate website within a single 1C-Bitrix installation.

Deferred Loading

To minimize the impact of the external script on initial page load speed, several connection modes are available:

- No delay;

- After a specified number of seconds;

- On the first page scroll;

The widget activates upon the visitor's first interaction with the site, such as a click, mouse movement, screen touch, or key press.

Chat opening via buttons

The chat can be launched from any link or button on the site. To enable this, add the HTML attribute data-b24-open-chat to the element. The module script waits for the widget to become ready before opening the dialog, functioning correctly even when lazy loading is enabled.

Automatic opening via URL

Automatic chat launch is supported when accessing a link containing a specific GET parameter. The parameter name is configurable in the admin panel. Example format: site.ru/?openchat=1.
