What this solution does
This module extends the standard 'Message Service' component of 1C-Bitrix, providing integration with over 80 SMS providers. Support includes operators from Russia, CIS countries, and other regions. The solution allows connecting services via API, sending messages, managing campaigns, tracking delivery statuses, and setting up triggers based on order events or web forms. All functions are accessible without coding directly from the administrative panel.
Integrated providers operate at all points of SMS sending within the Bitrix system: in email event templates, online store notifications, phone-based authentication, business processes, and other modules. Additionally, the module provides a dedicated interface for manual message sending, organizing mass campaigns with queuing and batch processing, managing templates with macros, configuring triggers, checking balances, and viewing detailed logs.
Key capabilities:
- Support for 80+ providers with centralized configuration of keys and logins, balance checking, and one-click test sending.
- Manual sending of messages to a list of numbers using templates and macros.
- Mass campaigns with queue management, batch processing, and progress tracking.
- Creation and editing of SMS templates with support for variables.
The SMS providers module from Kommutator.net enables notifications via more than 80 services. SMS triggers activate on e-commerce events: new order creation, status change, payment, shipment, or cancellation. Sending is also possible upon web form submission with filtering by delivery method, payment system, and customer group. The system supports sending copies of messages to administrators.
Features include quiet hours and scheduling for delayed sending outside permitted windows. Triggers can be scheduled by day of the week and time. An SMS log tracks delivery statuses with filtering and resending capabilities.
Delivery statuses update instantly via provider callback URLs or a backup polling agent. Security is ensured through callback token protection and IP filtering. Provider balances are cached with automatic checks. An email notification is sent when the balance falls below a set threshold.
Supported providers include SMSC.ru, SMS.ru, SMS Aero, SMSPilot, SMSBliss, SMS Traffic, SMSFeedback, SmsGold, SMSINT, SMSPROFI, SMS-Prosto, IQSMS, SMS-Uslugi, GreenSMS, MainSMS, RedSMS, and P1SMS.
