Why is some monthly history missing?
Only completed checks are shown. Days before monitoring started and periods without data remain grey. Percentages are calculated from collected checks.
A service is available, but I see an error. What should I do?
Monitoring checks an address from our network, not every action in your account. Try another connection and describe the issue in your client area.
How is Looking Glass different from a speed test?
Looking Glass runs diagnostics from our server to the address you enter. The speed test measures downloads from git.ru to your device and HTTPS request latency.
Can I use the demo for a production website?
The demo is for exploring the interface. Accounts are temporary, resources are limited and data is cleaned up. Choose hosting or a server with a licence for production use.
