Where to check from

Choose up to 5 locations in the countries and cities you need. One run with selected locations counts as one check.

A security check runs before starting. It is usually invisible.

From a check to a solution

Website unavailable. What next?

One location provides a single perspective. Compare several locations, then investigate the cause.

01

An issue in one location

Routing, filtering or a temporary failure may be involved. Compare results and check again later.

02

Failures in multiple locations

Check DNS and HTTPS, then the server and application. A single test cannot establish the exact cause.

03

The problem keeps returning

Review logs and infrastructure. We can help identify the cause and arrange ongoing website maintenance.

A website may work for you but fail to respond in another region. Choose available locations on the map and compare the results. Each check is a snapshot at the time of the request, rather than continuous website monitoring.

Questions and answers

What to know

Why does the site work for me but not for my customer?

Access depends on the visitor’s network, DNS, the route to the server and website protection settings. Testing from several locations helps establish the scope of a problem. Finding the exact cause may also require server logs and additional checks.

How many checks can I run?

After signing in, you can run up to three website checks per day. The tool shows your remaining allowance. You can view saved results without starting another check.

Does a successful check mean the whole website works?

No. A successful response confirms that the specified address was reachable from that location at that moment. It does not guarantee that checkout, sign-in, payments or other visitor journeys work correctly.

Why do results differ between locations?

Each location has its own network route to the website. Differences can come from geography, network restrictions, DNS or protection rules. An error from one location does not prove the site is unavailable to everyone.

Where can I find previous checks?

Results remain in your account history for 365 days. Open a saved check to review its date, address and responses from the selected locations.

Website availability testing across regions

When a website will not open, the first step is to understand where the issue occurs. An online availability check sends requests from selected locations so you can compare their responses. This is useful after a migration, DNS or protection changes, or a customer report that the site is unreachable.

From a test result to getting things working

Keep the check time and the locations reporting errors: these details help match the result to server events. If responses are inconsistent, our team can review configuration, load and technical faults, then propose work that addresses the identified cause.
