Selection from list (activity)
The 'List Selection (Activity)' module is designed for use in business processes. When this activity is added to a process flow, the user who initiated the process can select multiple items from a list at the corresponding stage. The list is populated from data in an information block, the configuration of which is specified in the activity settings.
Retrieving details from the Dadata service
This module retrieves organization details by TIN via the Dadata service. The activity operates exclusively within the Business Process Designer environment and requires the corresponding platform module. The tool accepts a TIN entered manually or passed from a variable as input and returns organization data from the service.
Export price list to Excel
The module generates a price list based on data from a selected information block. You must specify the information block sections containing product and price type data. You can also select user groups if different prices apply to them. Once parameters are set, the price list is generated as an Excel file.
Business Process "Adding a New Employee to the Portal"
The 'Add new employee to portal' module automates the registration of new company users. After installation, a ready-made business process appears on the portal. Users specify the start and end dates of the absence. Each request is approved by the employee's direct supervisor and subsequently by higher-level management.
Business Process "Dismissal"
The module regulates the procedure for employee dismissal. Upon launching the business process, the system automatically generates notifications. If HR department involvement is required, a task is created to prepare dismissal documents or revoke access to the company's information resources.
Office Map
The 'Office Map' module by MC Art transforms static floor plans into an interactive system for workspace management. The solution enables efficient employee placement, navigation, and space utilization analysis within a single building or a distributed network of offices.
