The module allows restricting comment deletion in tasks and feed messages for specific workgroups to preserve a complete history of discussions and actions. Configure this in the portal administration section: Settings — Comment Restriction. Create a new restriction profile by clicking 'Create'.

Configure this in the portal administration section: Settings — Comment Restriction. Create a new restriction profile by clicking 'Create'.
Define the following parameters in the profile:
· Activation: Check the 'Active' box to enable the rule. Unchecking it temporarily disables the profile.
· Important messages: Enable 'Block deletion of comments from important messages' to protect comments in key feed posts.
· Name: Enter a profile name for display in the administration interface.
· Delay period: In the field 'Time after which comment deletion will be forbidden (min)', specify the number of minutes that must pass after publication before the comment can no longer be deleted.
In the 'Group/Project' field, select the specific group or project to which this restriction profile applies. Multiple profiles can be created for different groups.
Once the profile settings are saved, comments in tasks and the news feed for the specified group cannot be deleted for the defined time period.
Disabling the profile immediately restores the ability to delete comments upon saving the changes.
