The solution drives a flow of new business ideas, centralizes the collection process, increases employee loyalty and engagement, and improves communication between departments. For staff, the tool provides opportunities to be heard, gain recognition, and receive additional motivation.
To create a new idea, click the 'Suggest Your Idea' button on the module's main page. Before submission, users can review existing ideas in full or by specific categories. When creating an idea card, users must select a category, enter a title, and provide a description. Optionally, they can describe the expected benefit of the idea and attach an image.
Any employee can comment on ideas and vote for them.
The 'Idea Bank' module by MC Art allows administrators to provide official responses to each submission. Available response statuses include: 'to be implemented', 'expected', 'already working', 'completed'. Comments can also be hidden when necessary.
Users can view the list of ideas, navigate categories, and filter ideas within a category by status: 'new', 'in progress', 'implemented'. The system includes quick search and idea statistics.
For the work of specialized committees, meetings are recommended 1–2 times per month depending on the volume of submissions. If meetings are held less frequently, employees may lose confidence that their ideas are important to management.
During discussions, the committee assigns the following statuses to ideas:
'Under modernization' — recent proposals.
'Sent for revision' — ideas requiring clarification.
'Voting and expert evaluation' — stage of employee voting and expert assessment.
'Accepted' — completion of development and successful implementation in the company.
'Rejected' — ideas lacking economic or practical feasibility.
