What this solution does

The 'Vacations and Absences' module is designed to automate vacation planning for companies with 100 or more employees. It ensures control over vacation schedules for the upcoming calendar year in compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Key features include vacation approval via electronic requests, the ability to reschedule dates, and automatic validation of requests against legal requirements (such as the mandate for a continuous leave period of at least 14 days and the planning of all 28 days in the standard case). The system supports the generation of electronic applications with print capabilities, tracks their submission to the HR department, and creates printed vacation schedules for approval by the CEO.

Event visualization is available in individual employee calendars and departmental calendars. The module manages dependent employees who cannot take leave simultaneously. A REST API is provided for integration with internal systems like 1C: ZUP. Integration with the Bitrix24 organizational structure is also supported, along with notifications for employees and managers regarding potential issues.

The 'Vacations and Absences' module (webslon.absence) is designed for planning employee leave and other types of absences. When purchased via the 1C-Bitrix Marketplace, the license cost includes a suite of services for the first three months from the payment date.

This period covers installation, configuration, and launch of the module, along with its adaptation to the client's business processes within the scope of standard Bitrix24 functionality. Custom programming and development of tailored solutions are not included in this package.

The package also provides initial consultations for IT specialists or managers responsible for launching the solution (excluding first-line support staff). It includes gathering functional requirements and providing a preliminary estimate of necessary customizations if the standard functionality does not fully cover the needs for leave and absence planning.

Users receive prompt assistance in resolving issues, with a limit of up to 20 incidents and a response time of no more than 8 working hours from the moment of the request. Access to module updates is also included in the license cost.

The 'Vacations and Absences' module (webslon.absence) is developed by Web Studio Slon.

The license includes access to module updates and their installation by the provider, performed no more than once a month. To ensure proper functioning of module updates, the customer must independently maintain the current version of the Bitrix24 platform.

Technical support is provided for 9 months after the module purchase (with a 3-month deferral) or for 12 months after license renewal. Support covers up to two incidents per calendar month, with a response time of no more than 8 business hours from the moment of the request.

If necessary, the provider may request access to the site's administrative section and files via SSH or FTP to perform the work. Successful execution of work cannot be guaranteed without such access.

All work not specified in the license terms is performed separately upon mutual agreement.

The 'Vacations and Absences' module is designed to track employee absence time. The license is confirmed by a registration certificate from Rospatent.
