Login via Gosuslugi (integration with ESIA)

What this solution does

The module enables quick setup of a login button via Gosuslugi (ESIA) on a website. It supports authorization for individuals, as well as for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Upon successful authorization, a new user record is created or an existing one is updated in the Bitrix Users section. The system automatically imports full name, phone number, email, gender, and TIN (if TIN is selected as the login in settings). The ability to import additional data fields is implemented via custom code development, which is not included in the base solution cost.

The functionality includes automatic mapping of accounts with existing site users by phone number or email, as well as the ability to link a Gosuslugi account to an existing user's personal cabinet. Direct interaction with ESIA is available until the end of 2026 for organizations that connected to the service no later than July 1, 2025. The module supports operation using both the CryptoPro library and OpenSSL with GOST algorithm support.

The module provides integration with the Unified Identity and Authentication System (ESIA) for user login via the Gosuslugi portal. As of July 1, 2025, using a standard solution for this integration is a mandatory requirement.

The module price does not cover the installation and configuration of the standard solution itself. Upon request, we can provide contacts for partner developers specializing in such solutions. If a ready-made integration with a standard solution published in the Ministry of Digital Development's Regulation is not available at the time of purchase, we will perform the necessary customizations. These customizations are included in the module price, provided that active licenses for both the module and the 1C-Bitrix core are held, though additional time may be required for development.

The module price includes:

- Implementation documentation.

- Module configuration, including certificate handling and logic within the scope of available settings.

- Integration of the "Login via Gosuslugi" button into the site design on user authorization pages and in the user profile (personal account). Integration within a single site template is included in the price. If multiple sites with different designs are hosted on a single 1C-Bitrix installation, the cost for each additional template is calculated separately.

The module provides integration with ESIA for authorization via the Gosuslugi portal.

The solution cost does not cover consultations on connecting to ESIA services, interaction with the Ministry of Digital Development, or the development of custom solutions. Additional development may be required for tasks such as non-standard user search in the site database during authorization, retrieving and saving extended user or organization data beyond standard fields, and merging duplicate accounts when site user and Gosuslugi user contact details (phone, email) differ.

All necessary tools for implementing these tasks are included in the module. We provide consultations and code examples, but these tasks can also be performed by the client's specialists.

Before using the module in a production environment, it is necessary to ensure that the organization is authorized for ESIA integration. This requires submitting an application to the Ministry of Digital Development in accordance with the interaction regulations.

As of July 1, 2025, connecting new organizational information systems to the ESIA requires a software and hardware complex certified by the FSB of Russia at class KC3 or higher. The list of such standard solutions is published in the Methodological Recommendations on ESIA usage by the Ministry of Digital Development. This module is not a standalone certified solution and does not include one. It provides integration with an already configured standard solution. If integration with a specific solution has not been implemented at the time of purchase, it will be developed upon request, provided access to the REST API of that solution is available. The implementation timeline depends on the complexity of the required adjustments. Information systems connected to ESIA before December 31, 2026, may continue operating under the previous scheme.

When purchasing the module through a partner, implementation and consulting services are not included in the price; these are provided by the partner who sold the module. General questions regarding ESIA integration can be addressed through a dedicated communication channel.

Updates are available for one year from the initial purchase. License renewal costs 50% of the solution price according to Bitrix marketplace rules. If renewal is not purchased, the module continues to function.

The module holds a registration certificate from Rospatent.
