What this solution does
The SMSBiz module is designed for sending SMS notifications in online stores and corporate portals built on the 1C-Bitrix platform. Installation and use do not require programming skills and take only a few minutes.
The solution is based on the SMSInt service, which has been operating in the market for over 15 years. The service's rich functionality and developer experience allow for timely updates to the module upon client request.
The module supports mass messaging. Users can organize a one-time send to a list of phone numbers or a group of site users. When sending to users, the phone number is retrieved from a previously selected field in the user's personal account.
Automatic notification sending triggered by online store events is also implemented.
The module provides automatic SMS notifications triggered by e-commerce events, including order creation, modification, and payment reminders. Configuration is available for both administrators and customers. Message templates can be customized for specific events. The system supports multisite setups, allowing unique triggers and templates to be configured for each site.
Users can define allowed sending intervals, including the ability to block SMS delivery during night hours. The sending function can be fully enabled or disabled via module settings. An API is provided for integration and message dispatch.
The module also supports corporate portals by notifying users of any changes to their assigned tasks. It handles global events, sending SMS alerts to administrators for actions such as new user registrations or new blog posts. In multisite environments, event configurations and templates are managed individually per site.
Delivery reports are available for tracking. No specific phone number format is required; all input formats are supported. SMS can be sent to Russia, CIS countries, and any other location worldwide.
