MODULE FOR 1C-BITRIX
Flexible integration of orders and abandoned carts with Bitrix24
Order statuses, payments, delivery, products, order properties, and abandoned carts are synchronized with the CRM without manual data transfer. The module connects an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform with deals in the Bitrix24 CRM system, ensuring two-way real-time data updates.

Order statuses, payments, delivery, products, order properties, and abandoned carts are synchronized with the CRM without manual data transfer. The module connects an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform with deals in the Bitrix24 CRM system, ensuring two-way real-time data updates. Managers handle all operations in a single interface, eliminating discrepancies between website data and the system. Abandoned carts are automatically transferred to the CRM for prompt customer recovery.

The module provides flexible synchronization of orders and recovery of abandoned carts with the Bitrix24 platform. The solution has been installed over 1000 times, has been on the market since 2019, and receives regular updates. Technical support responds promptly to requests and assists with integration configuration. The product is designed for independent deployment without external specialists, thanks to clear documentation and logical architecture.

The built-in application 'Exchange with 1C-Bitrix Site Management' and the 'Online Store + CRM' edition solve the basic task of connecting the store and CRM. The 'Flexible Integration' module covers more scenarios, such as order processing and recovery of abandoned carts, without requiring changes to the current portal.

The module provides flexible integration of orders and recovered carts with Bitrix24. It allows migration to the 1C-Bitrix24: Online Store + CRM platform while retaining the current CRM system, preserving all accumulated data, and reducing costs. When used with this solution, the module operates in conjunction with automatic deal creation from orders: the system generates deals independently, and the module enriches them with missing information.

The module provides flexible integration of orders and export of abandoned carts to Bitrix24. It supports creating multiple export profiles for different order types and connecting multiple stores to a single portal. The system distributes orders across deal directions, allowing work in multiple funnels simultaneously. Orders can be created directly from the CRM window.
Abandoned carts are exported to the CRM with separate profiles and stages. The module replaces the basic Bitrix24 integration with a proprietary mechanism for exporting orders to deals. Bidirectional synchronization is implemented for order statuses and deal stages, as well as for order properties and deal fields. The created deal contact and company data are configured flexibly.
Work is performed from the deal with access to payment, delivery, and other order data. The order composition is edited directly from the deal. Order items are exported to the CRM with support for different catalog working modes. Integration supports Bitrix24 end-to-end analytics. Tools for remote diagnostics and finding synchronization error causes are provided.
Profiles provide flexibility: orders are distributed across directions based on the website, payer type, payment method, delivery method, or text order properties. Different processing stages are managed in separate funnels.
The module allows exporting abandoned carts to a separate CRM sales pipeline. The manager receives a deal containing buyer data and the cart contents, while Bitrix24 bots assist in sending emails, creating tasks, or initiating calls to recover the customer.
The order creation feature from CRM is useful when a customer calls, writes via chat, submits a request through a CRM form, or asks to repeat a purchase. The manager creates a deal, clarifies the products, payment terms, and delivery details, after which the module automatically generates a linked order in the online store.
This solution replaces the basic integration mechanism. Deals receive products with prices, delivery costs, and an associated contact. Deal creation occurs almost instantly, and product data is populated more comprehensively than with the standard approach.
It ensures correct deal closure. Deal stages and order statuses are linked transparently and controllably; paid orders are no longer closed automatically.
The module offers reliability and support tools. It includes remote diagnostics, extended logging, and mechanisms to prevent collisions when an order and a deal are modified simultaneously. This helps identify error causes faster and ensures stable integration operation.

The module synchronizes order properties with deal fields in Bitrix24.

Additional data can be linked to deal fields, including comments from the user and manager, order ID and number, creation date, direct link to the order, delivery and payment methods, payment status, tracking number, and coupon code. Data can also be passed to deal UTM fields.
Synchronization of both single and multiple properties is supported. Exceptions include Yes/No fields and multiple files; support for multiple files will be added in future updates.
For contacts and companies, you can configure the search for existing records, data updates, and field mapping for different payer types. This functionality is essential for stores handling B2B orders, legal entities, dealers, and repeat customers.

Implementation typically does not require a programmer thanks to an intuitive configuration interface, detailed documentation, and initial support. The solution enables sending abandoned carts to CRM, assigning them to specific profiles and stages, and managing them using robots, tasks, and standard Bitrix24 tools. The module is compatible with the 'Site Management' edition when used with a separate Bitrix24 portal (cloud or on-premise), as well as with 'Online Store + CRM', 'Corporate Portal', and 'Enterprise' editions. Both deployment options are supported: cloud and on-premise. Developers regularly release updates to ensure compatibility with current platform versions.

The module provides flexible integration of orders and recovery of abandoned carts between the online store and Bitrix24. Setup does not require custom development, and technical support assists during implementation. Additionally, a separate module is available for synchronizing product catalogs between the store and Bitrix24.

General iT can handle the implementation of “Flexible integration of orders and abandoned carts with Bitrix24”, from installation to configuration and compatibility checks.
