JivoSite for 1C-Bitrix

What this solution does

The module integrates the JivoSite online consultant widget into 1C-Bitrix websites without modifying templates. All parameters, including the widget ID, visitor identification, UTM tags, active chat invitations, and cookie consent, are configured via the administrative interface.

This solution adds a live chat widget to website pages using a single settings page. Installation is performed entirely through the admin panel: simply enter the widget ID from the JivoSite personal account, and the widget appears on the site immediately. Additional options include separate IDs for different site sections and mobile devices, identification of authorized users, passing the referral source to the operator, managing active chat invitations, and configuring cookie consent.

Widget display by conditions

The module allows configuring separate widget IDs for different site sections based on path masks, such as /support/* and /shop/*. A distinct widget ID can be set for mobile devices identified by User-Agent. The widget can be hidden for specific user groups, such as employees, and on pages matching path masks or query strings, including AMP versions.

Operators receive UTM tags and referral sources via signed fields, functioning for both anonymous and identified visitors. The module supports active chat invitations with a configurable delay, adjustable by page mask and linked to a specific JivoSite department.

To comply with cookie requirements, the module offers a consent option before widget loading. This can either rely on an existing site cookie banner or display a minimal custom banner with an 'Accept' button.

An optional site cache reset is available upon saving settings.

To configure the module, provide only the widget ID from your JivoSite personal account. This ID is located in the Settings → Widget on site section and corresponds to the part of the URL following '/widget/' in the address code.jivosite.com/widget/XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX. Separate API keys, webhooks, or third-party integrations are not required.

The module settings are accessible in two sections of the administration panel: Marketing → JivoSite for 1C-Bitrix, or Settings → Product Settings → Module Settings → JivoSite for 1C-Bitrix.
