The module adds a compact block with user-defined fields for the TASKS_TASK entity to the task card. Fields are arranged in two columns and support inline editing without page reload. It works in standard tasks and in Collab tasks (slider). Features: - Display of selected user fields in a compact two-column layout.
The module adds a compact block with user-defined fields for the TASKS_TASK entity to the task card. Fields are arranged in two columns and support inline editing without page reload.
It works in standard tasks and in Collab tasks (slider).
Features:
- Display of selected user fields in a compact two-column layout.
- Inline editing: clicking a field opens a widget, changes are saved without reloading the page.
- Supported field types: enumeration (dropdown), boolean (Yes/No), and text fields for other types.
- Display specifics: boolean fields show a checkbox with Yes/No text; Bitrix task URLs are converted to clickable links labeled "Task #XXX".
- Customizable block title: leaving the field empty hides the header.
- "Hide if empty" option available for each individual field.
- Field sorting via Drag-and-drop in settings.
- Option to hide the native Bitrix24 user fields block.
- Numeric positioning of the block in the card (1 for first, 0 for last).
Duplicate the block to the right sidebar (Chat Info panel) while preserving its numeric position.

The Tasks Log module displays the complete history of task changes within a project or group. It provides visibility into all activity that is not shown in the main activity feed. The ALSYST: Task Creation Restriction module limits the ability to create tasks in Bitrix24 for all users except those included in an authorized list. The list is managed manually via the site's administrative section: Services → ALSYST: Task Creation Restriction → Authorized Users List. To add a user, select them from the search field or dropdown menu and click Add.

The ALSYST module enables bulk association of companies with existing tasks when those tasks are linked to a deal or lead that already has a company specified. This tool is beneficial for users whose reporting and KPIs depend on the company field being populated in tasks, as well as for those utilizing company-based filtering and sorting.
