What this solution does
The 5 Corners Unisender GO module connects the on-premise Bitrix24 version with the Unisender GO transactional email service. Emails to clients are sent directly from CRM business processes and robots. Delivery statuses, message opens, and link clicks are returned to the portal: managers see them in the client card, and automated processes can react to this data, for example by moving a lead through stages or triggering the next email.
Functional capabilities:
Sending emails from CRM business processes and robots using Unisender GO templates or custom text, with card fields substituted into template variables.
Email address validation before sending, with the result and reason for rejection available during the process.
Receipt of email statuses via webhook: sent, delivered, opened, link click, unsubscribe, soft and hard bounce, and spam.
Status-based scenarios: the process can wait for a specific status, check it in the log, or pre-register an action such as changing a lead stage or sending the next email.
A scenario triggered after a link click in an email, executed directly within the send action.
A Unisender GO tab in the lead, contact, company, deal, and smart process cards, displaying the email history and client events while respecting CRM access rights.
The module maintains a sending log with filtering capabilities and CSV export functionality, along with automatic cleanup of old records. Webhook registration in Unisender GO is performed with a single click directly from the settings page. The user interface supports both Russian and English languages.
Environment requirements:
— Boxed version of Bitrix24 with the CRM and Business Processes modules installed.
— PHP version 8.2 or higher.
— Database management system: MySQL or PostgreSQL.
— Unisender GO account containing an API key and a verified sender domain.
— Portal accessibility from the Internet via HTTPS protocol to receive email status updates.
When needed, General iT can implement “5 Corners. Unisender GO Integration”, configure the module and verify it against the current website setup.
