IDETA: Integration with MoySklad

What this solution does

The module synchronizes an online store built on the 1C-Bitrix platform with the MySklad accounting system. Data exchange covers products, trade offers, stock levels, prices, catalog sections, and orders. Integration setup requires no programming, and the process can be triggered manually via the event log directly within the site administration panel.

The primary function of the module is to link the site catalog with MySklad, eliminating the need to manually maintain stock levels, prices, and product cards in two separate systems. MySklad serves as the master data source for product information.

Synchronization capabilities from MySklad to the site:

Products and modifications (trade offers) are created and updated automatically on a schedule using the built-in Bitrix agent.

Stock levels are summed based on selected warehouses in MySklad.

Prices are mapped by linking price types from MySklad to corresponding price types in Bitrix.

Catalog sections are created and mapped based on the product group structure in MySklad. Group matching is performed by name, and duplicates are excluded.

Product properties: modification characteristics and additional fields are mapped to Bitrix infoblock properties. If required properties are missing, they are created automatically. Standard fields such as article number, code, barcodes, description, weight, volume, and VAT rate are output to selected infoblock properties.

Data filtering: configuration allows including or excluding product groups (including subgroups), as well as filtering by additional product fields (loading only products with a specific value or excluding such products).

The module synchronizes the website with the MySklad platform. During site cleanup, products and sections absent from MySklad or failing the filter are deactivated or deleted by selection. Changes affect only records linked to the integration; manually created data remains untouched. Empty sections can also be deactivated or deleted. Records deactivated by the module are automatically republished when data is restored.

Missing catalog information blocks and information blocks for trade offers are created automatically upon launch or manually by selecting parameters: type, article number, and the link between trade offers and the catalog.

Website to MySklad Data Transfer

Orders are sent to MySklad as "Customer Order" immediately after saving, provided they match the selected statuses. Organization, warehouse, and status options are chosen from lists downloaded from MySklad. Order statuses can be automatically pulled from MySklad back to the website.

Ease of Use

All lists, including information blocks, price types, warehouses, organizations, additional fields, and dictionary values, are selected from drop-down menus, eliminating the need to copy identifiers. Manual execution runs step-by-step from module settings with progress display, a live log, and a stop button. The process handles large catalogs without timeout failures.

The module generates a final report after each synchronization run, containing statistics on created, updated, skipped, deactivated, deleted, and returned items, along with a list of warnings and errors. An event log is maintained, configurable to record all events or only warnings and errors. Log files are available for viewing and downloading directly within the settings interface, with automatic deletion of old records. The system retains a history of the last 100 runs, including manual operations and agent execution, with detailed reports.

The module requires the 1C-Bitrix platform with the 'Main module', 'Information Blocks', 'Trade Catalog', and 'Online Store' modules installed (for orders). The latest platform version is recommended. The environment must support PHP version 8.2 or newer, and the site must use UTF-8 encoding. A MySklad account with access to JSON API 1.2 (API token or login/password) is required. The server must support outgoing HTTPS connections to the host api.moysklad.ru.
