What this solution does
The Export to Portals + API module is the premium edition of the integration suite for connecting with marketplaces. It provides centralized export of product catalogs, order processing, and stock synchronization with trading platforms through a single component on the website, eliminating the need to install separate software in each seller's personal account.
The edition's functionality includes exporting products to the Ozon, Wildberries, Kaspi, Lamoda, Leman Pro, M.Video, Magnit Market, Sportmaster, Megamarket, Cooper, and other platforms that operate via API.
It also supports generating feeds and integrating with accounts that require file uploads or specific formats: Yandex Market (supporting standard YML and Catalog API), Webmaster, Direct, Google Merchant, Avito, AliExpress, Ebay, Rozetka, and other templates included in this edition.
The module ensures automatic order creation in the 1C-Bitrix system when purchases are made on Ozon or Wildberries. This allows for immediate receipt of order details, the ability to return status updates to the seller, and the generation of shipping labels.
A unified stock accounting mechanism is implemented: selling an item on one platform automatically reduces the available quantity on all other storefronts, preventing the same product from being sold to multiple buyers simultaneously.
The module calculates shipping costs in your online store using the same services employed for actual shipments: CDEK, Ozon Delivery, Boxberry, DPD, 5Post, Russian Post, PCK, Delovye Linii, and Yandex Delivery. It supports integration with digital products, including keys, subscriptions, and codes, on platforms such as Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, and Digiseller. An integrated unit economics tool displays the remaining amount after deducting platform commissions, logistics costs, and discounts. The system handles custom files in XML, CSV, Excel, and JSON formats, and supports data export to Bitrix24 and 1C-Bitrix information blocks. The architecture allows for an unlimited number of profiles and accounts, with the ability to filter products for shipment, maintain a detailed log for each item, and trigger processes manually, on a schedule, or automatically upon website events.
The demo version available in the Bitrix Marketplace for 20 days is limited to a maximum of 50 products per export profile. This limit is sufficient to verify the workflow from creating a profile to the platform accepting a product card, but it is not suitable for operating with a full production catalog.
The smart product selection feature based on conditions works only if the site has the 'Trade Catalog' module installed. This module is not included in the 'First Site', 'Start', 'Standard', and 'Expert' editions, so filtering conditions cannot be enabled in these versions.
The module is maintained and supported on current updates of the '1C-Bitrix: Site Management' core. While older core versions may technically allow the module to open, we no longer test them and do not guarantee their functionality.
Diagnosing export issues requires access to the site. Without access, it is impossible to view logs, PHP versions, or responses from the marketplace, so free remote troubleshooting is not possible. It is convenient to open such requests through the support wizard.
A license grants the right to use the software. Refunds are not possible under current legislation, as this is not a physical product like a t-shirt but a service for software access.
If the '1C-Bitrix' site tests show errors, server-side issues must be resolved first before configuring the export. Hosting configuration and fixing these server tests are separate tasks.
Export to social networks requires PHP 8.1 or higher, with PHP 8.3 being recommended. We no longer build support for the PHP 7.x series.
Marketplaces prefer large images. The current standard dimension is approximately 2160×3840 pixels. Small JPEG files from 2014 may simply be rejected by the marketplace personal cabinet.
The module enables export of products and orders to marketplaces Ozon, Wildberries, Aliexpress, Sber MegaMarket, and Kaspiy, as well as to GoogleNews, tiu, goods, all.biz, prom.ua, blizko.ru, deal.by, and Facebook. It supports arbitrary data formats: XML, CSV, JSON, and Excel.
A Limited License grants access to the functionality included in the Standard License, excluding the right to receive application updates, technical support, scheduled cron profile execution, category directory updates, and the operation of export profiles for the specified platforms.
Module technical support addresses questions regarding configuration and usage of its functions. It does not replace a marketplace manager: concluding agreements with platforms, configuring FBS/FBO schemes, and managing the platform's advertising cabinet remain the user's responsibility. If a ready-made template for a specific platform is unavailable, it can be ordered separately.
Previously, customers found stores via search engines by clicking through links. Today, shoppers ready to buy open marketplace apps like Ozon, Wildberries, Sber MegaMarket, or Kaspiy directly to compare prices and delivery times. For them, searching within the marketplace replaces searching the open web. A website without product cards on these platforms is visible mainly to those who already know your brand.
Promoting your own domain remains essential, but it does not replace a seller's dashboard. Without automatic synchronization of the catalog, prices, and stock levels, product cards either fail to appear or become inaccurate within days. This module ensures your storefront is present exactly where the purchase decision happens.
Your website remains the single source of truth for prices, availability, photos, and attributes. Module profiles act as branches on external marketplaces. Changes made to product cards in Bitrix are transmitted to the platforms automatically—either on a schedule or immediately upon saving.
Why the site needs an MCP server
The next evolution moves beyond marketplace apps to chat assistants. A user might type: "find size 42 sneakers with delivery tomorrow," and an AI agent (such as ChatGPT or Claude) responds with a direct link. The agent does not navigate your site menus like a standard visitor; instead, it executes specific actions: locating the product, displaying the card, and providing a link to complete the order.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) establishes a direct connection between a website and AI assistants, preventing the generation of incorrect prices or the redirection of customers to competitors whose catalogs are already accessible to machines. With this technology, AI queries current product assortment data with the same accuracy as a human in a store.
The product export module addresses integration needs for marketplaces, while the MCP protocol addresses access for AI assistants. These are two independent distribution channels, both already operational.
Implementation Scenario
When a store first launches on marketplaces, the process begins with catalog configuration.
Catalog Configuration
A profile is created for a specific marketplace. The module automatically identifies required fields: name, price, images, category, and barcode. The user needs to specify the data source for each field only once: from an information block, trade catalog, product property, or a simple formula. Detailed instructions for configuring values and fields are available in the documentation.
The module applies filtering to products before pushing them to marketplace storefronts. Only items with photos, specified sizes, positive stock levels, and categories permitted on the specific marketplace are sent for sale. This prevents unnecessary commission charges and wasted time on moderation.
Detailed guides for profile setup and account requirements are provided for Ozon and Wildberries. The admin interface for each plugin includes a help section containing specific instructions for the selected marketplace.
Order intake is handled via API: when a buyer completes a purchase on a marketplace, the system automatically creates a corresponding order in 1C-Bitrix, simulating a direct checkout on your website. Fulfillment statuses (picked, shipped, cancelled) are synchronized back to the marketplace account. Shipping labels can be generated directly from the order without manually copying numbers from the personal account.
The solution supports various logistics schemes, including storage at the marketplace warehouse (FBO) and shipment from the seller's warehouse (FBS), accounting for specific notation used by Wildberries and Yandex Market. This edition implements integration with current accounts for Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, Sber MegaMarket, Avito, Kaspi, Leiman PRO, Magnit, Sportmaster, AliExpress, and other services in the lineup.
In the lower editions of the module, the 'Orders' menu item is visible, but attempting to access it displays a placeholder message directing users to upgrade to the 'Portals + API' version. The order management functionality is not available in these editions. Purchasing a lower edition with the expectation of future needs is not advisable if order management is required immediately.
The module addresses the challenge of synchronizing stock levels when selling the same item across multiple marketplaces simultaneously. For instance, if a single pair of sneakers is listed on both Wildberries and Ozon and is sold on one platform in the morning, the stock level on the second platform is automatically updated to zero in the evening. This prevents a scenario where a second customer places an order for an out-of-stock item, leading to a shipment refusal and a decline in the seller's rating.
Synchronization occurs immediately after an order is placed: the module reduces the stock not only in '1C-Bitrix' but also in all active export profiles. The second storefront learns that the item is unavailable before the scheduled nightly exchange begins. This is not merely a checkbox for exporting stock in a feed; it is a separate data exchange mechanism between your profiles designed to prevent double sales.
The functionality for calculating shipping from your website supports separate carrier profiles, including CDEK, Ozon Delivery, Boxberry, and others. This is not a delivery tab embedded within an Ozon order but a tool for calculating shipping costs and delivery times on your website using the specific carrier you will actually use for shipment. Customers see accurate pricing and delivery timelines immediately, without waiting for a manager's call.
The module also supports the handling of digital goods and economic calculations.
Use separate export profiles for digital goods rather than the same channels used for physical inventory. The module calculates unit economics, displaying net profit after deducting commissions, logistics costs, and discounts, preventing the illusion of revenue growth when actual account balances remain unchanged.
The module supports generating files in various formats: Excel for manager use, XML for 1C integration, JSON for external systems, as well as exporting products to Bitrix24 or copying catalogs to other information blocks. All these functions are implemented via unified module profiles without requiring additional software. This edition includes JSON export and the ability to push data to 1C-Bitrix information blocks. If integration with Avito or other marketplaces is required alongside file generation, the basic 'file' edition may lack sufficient functionality, a distinction reflected in the product selection.
The module is optimized for large catalogs, having successfully processed over one million items in live environments, provided the server has adequate capacity and exports are scheduled rather than triggered as bulk operations during peak hours. The event log tracks the status of each specific product rather than only providing a general success message. Descriptions of common failures and troubleshooting steps are available in the export documentation and FAQ. Comprehensive information regarding profile configuration and module settings is provided in the general documentation.
The module enables the export of products and orders to marketplaces including Ozon, Wildberries, Aliexpress, Sber MegaMarket, and Kaspiy. When upgrading from versions obtained via Google, Yandex, or third-party portals, existing profile configurations are preserved, eliminating the need for reconfiguration. Documentation covers edition selection, field and value configuration, and includes specific guides for Ozon and Wildberries. Technical resources provide an FAQ, articles on export setup, server requirements, and a support ticket wizard. A migration package is available for upgrading to the higher edition. The module includes an MCP server studio catalog for AI integration. Hosting antivirus software may flag index.php and include.php files because the source code of Bitrix paid solutions and the core demo are closed; Marketplace moderation checks these files separately, confirming the absence of malicious code. Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation.
For “Product and order exchange with Ozon, Wildberries, Aliexpress, Sber MegaMarket, Kaspiy”, General iT can perform integration, configuration and a final check after installation.
