Users without access rights cannot view, copy, or export real contact data through the CRM interface.
The Income Media: Hide Phone Numbers for Bitrix24 module provides basic protection against mass copying of phone numbers and contact data from Bitrix24. In certain technical interface elements, numbers may remain visible because full masking could disrupt standard system functions, such as telephony.
Masking data within the Bitrix24 mobile application requires a separate module.
