In the standard Bitrix24 version, when a mailbox is connected in the Mail module, messages are sent not from the mailbox address itself, but via the account address defined by default in the msmtp configuration. This results in the From header being replaced, which is often blocked by security policies of mail servers or providers. For example, Yandex officially does not support this sending mode.

The Fusion: Transparent Mail module solves this problem by ensuring messages are sent directly from the connected mailbox address without using intermediate addresses. The module includes ready-to-use configurations for Yandex, Gmail, and Mail.ru providers. If support for another provider is needed, simply add its settings to the msmtp configuration; no additional module settings are required.
