You can create an additional 'Employee Competencies' field of the 'Tag Binding' type and use the bundled component to display employees by tags, speeding up the search for the right personnel.
Scenario 2: displaying user interests.
In large organizations, it can be difficult to quickly locate colleagues with similar hobbies. The 'Fusion: User Tags' module addresses this through a tagging system. It allows adding a custom 'Employee Interests' field to user profiles with the 'tag binding' data type. The package includes a component for displaying a list of employees filtered by selected tags, enabling rapid identification of individuals with shared interests.

In the standard Bitrix24 version, when a mailbox is connected in the Mail module, messages are sent not from the mailbox address itself, but via the account address defined by default in the msmtp configuration.
