Administrators configure the module by selecting specific employees or departments for photo tracking. When these users attempt to log the start of a shift, a break, a break resumption, or the end of the day, a window appears displaying a real-time webcam feed. The user chooses between logging with a photo or without. If the photo option is selected, the user must click the 'Take Photo' button to capture the image, followed by 'Continue'.
Saved photos are stored in the 'Employees' section under 'Time and Reports', accessible by clicking on the detailed work log for a specific day.
If the employee is unsatisfied with the captured photo, they can click 'Try Again' instead of 'Continue' to take a new picture.
