The My Assessments section is accessible to all employees. It displays a registry of tasks assigned to a specific user, including peer reviews and self-assessments. The assessment process consists of questions with closed-ended answer options.
The 360 Assessments section contains a list of all assessments launched for company employees over time. It provides a final visualization of results, displaying the assessment period, average scores per question, and individual participant responses on a chart. Results can also be viewed in a table format. The section supports conducting the same assessment multiple times, such as annually or quarterly.
The module enables responsible staff to create question groups, define answer options, and assign a weight to each item using a scale format. The system supports the creation of groups for evaluations, allowing tasks to be directed not only to specific departments or units but also to specialized groups, such as a group of managers. Evaluation can be performed by both portal users and external parties, including third-party employees and clients. An evaluation request for an external participant is sent to their designated email address.
