Standard Bitrix24 does not display calendar event custom fields in the meeting creation or editing forms. While fields can be created in settings, they do not appear in the interface. Consequently, companies must manually enter key data—such as meeting type, processing scenario, project, and responsible department—into the text description, complicating subsequent data analysis.
The module embeds selected custom fields directly into the meeting card: in the creation form, the editing form, and the viewing card. The Bitrix24 server side remains unchanged; data is saved using the portal's native mechanism. The specific fields to display are configured on the module settings page.
Capabilities
— Custom calendar event fields available in meeting creation and editing forms.
— Field values displayed in the meeting viewing card: in the calendar grid popup and in the "Open" slider. Empty fields are hidden.
— Supported field types: list, string, link, integer, decimal, infoblock element, infoblock section.
— Automatic value prefilling when editing a meeting, including when the meeting is opened by a participant.
This module extends the meeting card in the on-premise Bitrix24 version by adding flexible information block fields and lists. Field options are strictly controlled by user permissions: unavailable values are displayed as hidden and remain unchanged upon saving. The server rejects attempts to submit values inaccessible to the user, even if manually injected into the request. Individual fields support an 'All without permission check' mode, allowing all employees to view and select any option. Each field allows a custom label to override the system name. Configuration includes a step-by-step guide with visual indicators for each stage. A notification about new module versions appears as an icon in the settings header, and administrators receive a message; this can be disabled in settings.
Limitations
The module does not support field types requiring specialized Bitrix24 widgets: date, date with time, file, yes/no, employee link, CRM link, address, and money fields. Multiple fields cannot be embedded into the meeting form. For 'Information Block Element' and 'Information Block Section' fields, the load is limited to 100 options.
Requirements
— Compatible only with the on-premise version of Bitrix24.
— Requires PHP 8.2 or newer.
— The 'Calendar' module must be installed.
— Supports MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; the module does not create its own tables.
