The 5 Corners Meeting Card Extension module is designed for the on-premise version of Bitrix24. It adds custom fields to the forms for creating, editing, and viewing calendar events. This allows storing the meeting type, project, processing scenario, or responsible department in separate fields, eliminating the need to manually enter this information into the description.

The set of displayed fields is configured in the module settings. The Bitrix24 server-side logic remains unchanged; values are saved using the portal's standard mechanism.
When creating or editing, selected custom fields are embedded directly into the meeting form. When opening an event for editing, saved values are automatically populated, including when the meeting is opened by a participant.
In view mode, values are displayed in the calendar grid popup card and in the Open slider. Empty fields are not rendered.
Supported field types include: list, string, link, integer, decimal, infoblock element, and infoblock section.
Access control filters options for infoblock and list fields according to user permissions. Inaccessible values are displayed as hidden and are not overwritten during saving. The server rejects any inaccessible values, even if they are manually included in the request.
The 5 Corners. Meeting Card Extension module adds a dedicated mode for InfoBlock fields. For any selected field, you can enable the 'all, ignoring permissions' mode, allowing all employees to view and select options regardless of their access rights. System field names can be overridden with clear labels displayed in the meeting card. Configuration is step-by-step, with an administrator guide featuring visual indicators for the readiness of each stage. The system notifies about new versions via an icon in the settings header and messages to administrators; notifications can be disabled.
LIMITATIONS
The module does not support multiple fields or data types requiring Bitrix24-specific widgets: dates, date-time fields, files, yes/no fields, employee links, CRM links, addresses, and monetary fields. For 'InfoBlock Element' and 'InfoBlock Section' fields, the limit for loaded options is 100 items.
REQUIREMENTS
A boxed Bitrix24 installation is required, along with PHP version 8.2 or newer and the installed 'Calendar' module. MySQL and PostgreSQL databases are supported. The module does not create its own database tables.
The module extends the functionality of the meeting card in Bitrix24, providing additional capabilities for event management. The developer is the company 5 UGLOV.

The module allows generating links to automatically apply a pre-created promo code when a user navigates to the cart. The link is constructed with a promocode parameter set to the code value. When accessed, the user is directed to the cart where the discount is applied immediately.

Status changes, deadline shifts, or colleague replies in a task now require logging into the portal to check. The 'Email' checkboxes in employee notification settings remain but no longer function.
