What this solution does

This module optimizes deal cards in Bitrix24 by enabling the collapsing of field blocks. Over time, a deal card accumulates numerous sections: details, products, tasks, custom fields, and related elements. Managers often need to work with only a few blocks but must scroll through the entire list. The feature adds a collapse button to each block header, hiding unnecessary content and keeping the card within the visible screen area.

The collapsed state is saved individually for each employee. The selected configuration is stored in the portal database and restored upon the next opening of the card, even when accessed from a different device or after a page reload. One employee's settings do not affect how the card appears to colleagues.

Functionality includes collapsing and expanding field blocks in Deal, Lead, Contact, Company, and Smart Process cards. The state of each block is remembered separately for each employee and persists through portal logout, device changes, and page reloads. Administrators can set stage-based rules to specify which blocks must be expanded automatically when a deal moves to a specific stage. This allows the card to prompt users to fill in required fields, even if the employee previously collapsed that section.

The module enables splitting long card sections into named sub-blocks with individual collapse buttons. Administrators group fields within existing sections, allowing employees to hide irrelevant parts without collapsing the entire section.

The 'Collapse All on First Open' mode displays a card in a compact view upon first launch. Employees expand only the blocks they are currently working with.

The module can be configured for specific entity types. You can limit functionality to Deals or specific Smart Processes, leaving other CRM sections unchanged.

A built-in help page is available in the administrative section, eliminating the need to contact support.

Scrolling volume and search time for required fields within cards are reduced.

A unified workflow for handling long cards is established across the department while allowing each employee to maintain their preferred interface view.

Long sections cease to be monolithic structures. Blocks not used daily are hidden within the section but remain accessible when needed.

Stage-based rules act as process prompts: blocks mandatory for the current stage remain expanded and visible.

This module is designed for the on-premise version of Bitrix24 with the CRM component installed. It requires PHP version 8.2 or higher. The solution supports both MySQL and PostgreSQL database systems. No custom database tables are created; configuration is stored in standard module settings, while block states are saved in the portal's standard user settings storage.
