Managers often need to work with only a few blocks but must scroll through the entire list. The feature adds a collapse button to each block header, hiding unnecessary content and keeping the card within the visible screen area.
The collapsed state is saved individually for each employee. The selected configuration is stored in the portal database and restored upon the next opening of the card, even when accessed from a different device or after a page reload. One employee's settings do not affect how the card appears to colleagues.
Functionality includes collapsing and expanding field blocks in Deal, Lead, Contact, Company, and Smart Process cards. The state of each block is remembered separately for each employee and persists through portal logout, device changes, and page reloads. Administrators can set stage-based rules to specify which blocks must be expanded automatically when a deal moves to a specific stage. This allows the card to prompt users to fill in required fields, even if the employee previously collapsed that section.
The module enables splitting long card sections into named sub-blocks with individual collapse buttons. Administrators group fields within existing sections, allowing employees to hide irrelevant parts without collapsing the entire section.
The 'Collapse All on First Open' mode displays a card in a compact view upon first launch. Employees expand only the blocks they are currently working with.
The module can be configured for specific entity types. You can limit functionality to Deals or specific Smart Processes, leaving other CRM sections unchanged.
A built-in help page is available in the administrative section, eliminating the need to contact support.
Scrolling volume and search time for required fields within cards are reduced.
A unified workflow for handling long cards is established across the department while allowing each employee to maintain their preferred interface view.
Long sections cease to be monolithic structures. Blocks not used daily are hidden within the section but remain accessible when needed.
Stage-based rules act as process prompts: blocks mandatory for the current stage remain expanded and visible.
This module is designed for the on-premise version of Bitrix24 with the CRM component installed. It requires PHP version 8.2 or higher. The solution supports both MySQL and PostgreSQL database systems. No custom database tables are created; configuration is stored in standard module settings, while block states are saved in the portal's standard user settings storage.

Nested field subblocks and notifications about new module versions.
- A subblock can be placed inside another subblock to any depth. On the card, nested subblocks appear as rounded areas of their own color, one inside another, making it immediately clear which fields belong to which group. This works the same way in deals, leads, contacts, companies, and smart processes.
- Fields are positioned strictly under their subblock: previously, a field located on the card between fields of a nested subblock would break the subblock into two parts.
- For a collapsed subblock, the number of fields inside is visible.
- The section and fields for a subblock are selected from a searchable list, not entered manually. The lists are built based on portal card settings, so new sections appear immediately, and field names match exactly what the employee sees on the screen.
- On the subblocks page, you can choose which card view to configure: general view, administrator view, employee personal views, and user views — for each sales funnel and each smart process.
- Notifications about new versions: when a module update is released, a bell icon with a list of changes and a button to proceed to the update lights up on its pages in the administrative part, and administrators receive a chat message "5 CORNERS — module updates". The check can be disabled on the settings page. The version number in the header of the module pages opens its update page in the Market.
- The installation and uninstallation screens are more intuitive: it is clear what has been done, and during uninstallation, what can be saved.
- Module uninstallation is possible only from the confirmation window: reopening an old link from the browser history no longer uninstalls the module and employee settings.

The module allows generating links to automatically apply a pre-created promo code when a user navigates to the cart. The link is constructed with a promocode parameter set to the code value. When accessed, the user is directed to the cart where the discount is applied immediately.
