What this solution does
5 Corners. Mass Business Process Launch
This module enables the simultaneous execution of a business process across multiple CRM elements, including deals, contacts, companies, or smart process records. The user selects the target criteria (pipeline, stages, date range), chooses a process template, and initiates the launch. The system processes the selected items sequentially, displays real-time progress, and logs any errors in a dedicated journal.
This tool is designed for scenarios requiring the processing of thousands of records, such as after policy changes, during data migration from external systems, for bulk document distribution, or for one-time updates to historical records. Manual execution is impractical for such volumes, and Bitrix24 lacks native functionality to run processes on a selected dataset.
Operating Modes
Browser-based interactive processing. Upon opening the interface, users can monitor the execution status, including the count of processed items, processing speed, and error locations. The process can be paused and resumed. This mode is suitable for moderate data volumes where full visual oversight is required.
Server-side background processing. The task is queued and executed by the server, allowing the browser to be closed or the computer to be turned off. The module automatically adjusts the batch size based on the server's current load.
A tool for mass execution of business processes without creating server load spikes. Optimized for processing tens of thousands of records and handling long-running operations.
Capabilities
Execute business processes on deals, contacts, companies, and smart process items.
Filter selection by sales funnel, stages, creation date, or by a pre-prepared list of identifiers.
Dry-run mode allows previewing the number of items to be processed without actually launching processes.
Automatic duplicate protection: items with an already running process are skipped.
Real-time monitoring: displays counters, processing speed, and a timeline of batch durations.
Detailed error log with direct links to problematic records.
Ability to pause and resume execution, including after closing the browser.
Resume interrupted processes from the point of stoppage, not from the beginning.
Automatic batch size adjustment to meet target processing time.
Notification in the admin panel when a new module version is released.
System requirements
Bitrix24 platform (on-premise version) with CRM and Business Processes modules installed.
PHP version 8.2 or higher.
Database management system: MySQL or PostgreSQL (both supported).
Portal administrator rights to access module settings.
Security and data
The module does not transmit your portal data to external networks. The only outgoing request is for version checking.
The module automatically checks for a new version on the developer's server. The update can be disabled in settings with a single toggle switch. Run logs are stored outside the public part of the site and are not accessible from the browser.
General iT can install and configure this module and check how it works on your website.
