What this solution does
Shepta is a tool for collecting visitor feedback directly on the website.
Learn what users think at the right moment: immediately after placing an order, on the pricing page, or when attempting to leave the cart. The module connects Shepta widgets to the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management platform without requiring template modifications.
Available question types
- NPS: "Would you recommend us to friends?"
- CSAT: rating of purchase, delivery, or support
- Reason for abandonment: "Why didn't you complete the order?" with predefined options or custom text input
- Content rating: "Was the article helpful?"
- Custom questions: seven answer types, optional follow-up question after the answer, and an optional contact field
Display triggers
- After a set time or upon page scroll
- When the user attempts to leave the page
- On selected pages, devices, for new or returning visitors
- Based on e-commerce events:
- cart_add — item added to cart
- checkout_started — checkout page opened
- order_completed — order completed (order number and amount are automatically attached to the response)
The module receives events directly from the e-commerce store, ensuring compatibility with any template and any "Add to Cart" button.
Where to view responses
Survey responses and NPS data are sent to the Shepta dashboard, which provides analytics, filtering capabilities, and CSV export. Notifications can also be configured for Telegram, email, or via webhook.
Module Setup
1. Register at shepta.ru and create a new project.
2. Install the module on your site.
3. Navigate to Settings → Product Settings → Module Settings → Shepta and enter the project key or the complete installation code.
4. Configure the widget appearance directly within the Shepta dashboard.
The project key is assigned separately for each site. The module is compatible with composite sites.
Data Transmission
The system transmits the current page URL, device type, browser information, and the visitor's response. For store events, it also sends cart item details (name, price, quantity, link, and image), order number, total amount, and currency. If enabled in settings, the authenticated buyer's ID is also transmitted. The buyer's name and email address are sent only if a user signature secret or API secret key is configured in the settings, which is required for generating emails in Shepta scenarios. The module does not transmit phone numbers or physical addresses.
Requirements
An account with the Shepta service (shepta.ru) is required; terms are available in the In-App Purchases section. Store event functionality is available in editions that include the Online Store module.
General iT can connect “Shepta: NPS and website visitor surveys”, configure it and verify the integration with the existing website.
