The module adds a custom 'Electronic Signature' action to the Business Process editor. This action allows signing documents stored on Bitrix.Disk using either an attached or detached electronic digital signature (EDS). Supported signature types include NDS, KDS, and UKDS.
System requirements:
1. A web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based), Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Yandex Browser, Chromium Gost, or other browsers supporting NPAPI plugins.
2. CryptoPro EDS Browser plug-in.
3. One of the following cryptographic software packages: CryptoPro CSP version 4.0 or higher, or ViPNet CSP 4.
4. A valid electronic digital signature certificate.
Action input parameters:
- File ID on Bitrix.Disk.
- Responsible user.
- Signature file extension (sig or p7s).
- Destination folder on Bitrix.Disk. If not specified, the signed file is saved in the same folder as the original document. The default signature type is 'attached'.
Action output parameters:
- ID of the signed file on Bitrix.Disk.
- Internal link to view the signed document.
- External link to download the signed file.
Before using the action, verify that the CryptoPro ECP Browser plug-in is functioning correctly via the verification page. A test ECP certificate can be used for solution testing. If using CryptoPro CSP, generate the certificate on the specified page. If using ViPNet CSP, create a certificate request via All Programs > ViPNet > ViPNet CSP > Create Certificate Request, then upload the file on the page. In both cases, the root certificate of the certification authority must be installed in the trusted certificates list.

The module enables signing PDF documents with a built-in electronic signature (QES/EQES) directly on the website. Documents signed with QES or EQES have legal force equivalent to a handwritten signature in accordance with Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signatures." A visual signature stamp is automatically embedded in the signed file.
The module enables signing documents with a qualified electronic signature (QES/UQES) directly within the on-premise version of Bitrix24. Cloud versions of the platform are not supported. Signed files are generated with a visual stamp in PDF format and retain full legal validity under Federal Law No. 63-FZ 'On Electronic Signatures'.
