What this solution does
The module enables signing PDF documents with a built-in electronic signature (QES/EQES) directly on the website. Documents signed with QES or EQES have legal force equivalent to a handwritten signature in accordance with Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signatures." A visual signature stamp is automatically embedded in the signed file.
Use cases:
- Signing between a site visitor and administration: for example, a supplier (legal entity or individual entrepreneur) signs a supply contract during registration on a procurement platform; a counterparty signs a service completion act on a B2B service.
- Direct signing between site visitors: suitable for wholesale B2B portals and marketplaces built on BUS, where multiple suppliers and wholesale buyers (legal entities/individual entrepreneurs) are registered. Parties sign supply contracts or acceptance acts directly in their personal accounts without using external electronic document management services.
- Signing order-related documents in an online store: invoices, acts, and certificates are signed directly in the buyer's personal account.
- Signing files from infoblock properties without transferring documents to external systems.
Capabilities:
- Supported signature types: QES, EQES, NEES
The module enables the creation of embedded digital signatures in PDF documents, supporting PAdES-BES, PAdES-T, and PAdES-X Long Type 1 formats. It features a visual signature stamp with support for custom text and background images. Ready-to-use components are provided for the Bitrix administrative panel and the public site section, including a standard online store template. The public template is built with Vue.js for easy adaptation to the site's design.
Document signing is performed locally on the user's device via the CryptoPro plugin. Digital signature keys are not transmitted to the website server or third-party services.
To use the module, the signing device (administrator or visitor) must have the following installed: CryptoPro CSP version 4 or higher, the CryptoPro ECP Browser plug-in, and a valid digital signature certificate.
General iT can install and configure this module and check how it works on your website.
