What this solution does
The module enables signing documents with a qualified electronic signature (QES/UQES) directly within the on-premise version of Bitrix24. Cloud versions of the platform are not supported. Signed files are generated with a visual stamp in PDF format and retain full legal validity under Federal Law No. 63-FZ 'On Electronic Signatures'.
Key use cases:
HR electronic document management (HR EDO) — signing orders, applications, employment contracts, and local regulatory acts with employees.
Partner collaboration — signing contracts, specifications, and acts from CRM cards.
Business process integration — adding a document signing action to the Bitrix24 business process designer to include signing in existing approval workflows.
Signature visualization — embedding a signature stamp with certificate details, text, and a background image, such as a company logo, into the PDF file.
Technical capabilities:
Support for signature types: QES, UQES, and NQES (GOST algorithms).
Compatibility with CAdES formats (detached and attached signatures) and PAdES (signatures embedded in PDF documents).
The module supports signature profiles CAdES-BES, PAdES-BES, PAdES-T, and PAdES-X Long Type 1. Signing is performed locally in the user's browser via the CryptoPro plugin; cryptographic keys are not transmitted to Bitrix24 servers or third-party services.
To operate the module, the following must be installed on user workstations: CryptoPro CSP version 4 or higher, the CryptoPro EDS Browser plug-in, and a valid electronic signature certificate.
If needed, Bitrix24 business processes, including approval workflows with a signing action, can be configured to match company regulations. The module logic can also be customized to meet specific requirements.
The module is available for testing during a trial period. Technical support and consultations are provided with an active license.
