The AI Message Editor module enables error correction, style editing, and translation of text directly within the chat interface. Users can preview the result, insert it into a message, or send it on behalf of the current employee. The module itself is free of charge with no mandatory subscription. AI processing services are billed separately based on actual usage.

The module itself is free of charge with no mandatory subscription. AI processing services are billed separately based on actual usage. Upon the first successful connection of a portal, a one-time bonus of 100 rubles is credited to the Neural Editor account. This bonus is tied to the specific portal and is not reissued upon module reinstallation, API key changes, or account transfers.
Once the bonus is exhausted, top-ups are voluntary with no automatic deductions. Bonus funds are intended solely for AI processing and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Pricing is calculated per started 1,000 characters: text correction costs 0.50 rubles, styling costs 1 ruble, translation costs 1 ruble, and AI response suggestions cost 1 ruble.
Operational requirements include the on-premise Bitrix24 version 26.0 or higher, PHP 8.2 or higher, and an active Messenger integration. An active Neural Editor account with a valid API key is also required. To claim the initial bonus, the account email must be verified, and the portal must be accessible via a public HTTPS address.
For “AI message editor”, General iT can perform integration, configuration and a final check after installation.
UPDATE HISTORY
Fixed retrieval of the welcome bonus on closed portals. After receiving the bonus, the offer is hidden. The instruction for obtaining the API key has been moved to the beginning of the settings, and a tooltip for the empty key field has been added. On computers, the style list expands to the width of the editor. All 16 options fit into two lines without scrolling the list.
On tablets, the list is arranged in six columns; on phones, the compact view is preserved.
Saving settings before loading the employee selector no longer clears the previously selected access list.

The processing result is displayed gradually as the response is received.
Before styling and translation, the source text is proofread, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.
Insertion and sending are available only after processing is complete. If the request is interrupted, the preliminary result is cleared.
The answer prompt is triggered by a button and considers up to 50 of the most recent messages from the current chat, with a context volume limit.
Copying has been moved inside the result; fields and buttons are aligned. Updates automatically replace the widget's public files.
