The module tracks the following events:

- downloading the customer database (leads, contacts, companies, deals, smart process elements);

- installation of applications (local, from the Bitrix24 marketplace, for on-premise);

- creation of backup settings.

Notifications are delivered in three formats:

- instant notifications immediately after an action occurs;

- daily summary covering all events from the last 24 hours;

- weekly summary providing an overview of the past week.
