The 'Export Products to Trading Portals' module combines the functionality of two previous modules: 'XML Export to Trading Platforms' and 'Export Products to Google Merchants'.

The 'Export Products to Trading Portals' module by AKRIT provides integration with marketplaces including Yandex Price List, all.biz, blizko.ru, nadavi.net, price.ru, and pulscen.ru. The solution's key advantage lies in its configuration flexibility, ease of use, and high processing speed, which are not available in other modules on the Marketplace. The product supports the selection of one or multiple information blocks for export. It includes over 40 pre-configured templates for working with various portals, enabling rapid expansion of sales territories. Supported directions include the Lengow aggregator, which combines hundreds of European trading platforms, as well as functionality for dynamic remarketing and dynamic ads. The module implements export in the following formats and for the following services: Aliexpress.com (YML format), all.biz, blizko.ru (arbitrary type), deal.by (YML format), eBay (products, distribution, availability), and Facebook and Instagram catalogs for products, real estate, hotels, flights, and automobiles.

The ACRIT export module provides integration with a wide range of marketplaces, news aggregators, and advertising platforms. It supports data export to Google services including Merchant Center, Google News via RSS, Atom, and Sitemap. The system also integrates with Hotline, Lengow, Nadavi, and Price.ru, allowing for the use of arbitrary data types.

Full compatibility is ensured with the Avito XML v.3 format covering all ad categories: real estate, vehicles, home and garden items, consumer electronics, job vacancies, business services, personal items, spare parts and accessories, trucks and special equipment, motorcycles and motor vehicles, water transport, service offers, hobbies and recreation, animals, and stock clearance. Integration is also available with Puls of Prices, the legacy XML format for SberMegamarket, and the Products@mail.ru service.

The module supports data submission to Yandex.Webmaster for simplified and arbitrary types, including books, audiobooks, music and video products, event tickets, and tours. Export to Yandex.Dzen is also supported. Additionally, the system handles Yandex.Market with support for simplified and arbitrary types, as well as specialized categories for books and audiobooks.

Integration module for marketplaces and accreditation services: Yandex.Market (music, video, medicines, event tickets, tours, alcohol, FBS/FBY/FBY+/DBS schemes), Yandex.Spravochik, Yandex.Turbo (RSS, simplified YML, and arbitrary YML), Price.ua, Prom.ua (XML and YML formats), Rozetka.com.ua, and Technoportal.ua. Export to arbitrary CSV, Excel, and XML formats is supported.

The functionality includes automatic setup of dynamic remarketing for Google and Mail.ru. The system supports multi-site operation, various character encodings, and processing of both trade catalogs and standard information blocks in BUS versions starting from "First Site". Support for trade offers is implemented, including a unique mechanism for transferring trade sections for these offers. Information block names can be used as catalog section names. Export configuration can be detailed down to the final catalog sub-sections.

The module enables exporting the full product category path from the root level to the final level, preserving the names of all hierarchy levels. It supports exporting only product offers while automatically assigning them their parent product categories.

The system allows for automatic population of missing data in products or offers: for example, if weight or a description is not specified in an offer, it is taken from the product card. Users can create a custom file structure, ensuring flexible integration with various product exchanges and advertising portals.

Configurable field requirements allow excluding items from the export if they lack mandatory values or properties; such cases are recorded in the export error log. Support for conditions and condition groups enables filtering the catalog to exclude unnecessary products, optimizing advertising spend and preventing budget waste on irrelevant items. The module also supports URL string encoding.

The integration module for marketplaces Yandex Price List, all.biz, blizko.ru, nadavi.net, price.ru, and pulscen.ru provides advanced data processing capabilities before export. The tool allows changing the case of characters in transmitted values, escaping special symbols, or completely removing them from the file. It supports automatic conversion of HTML markup to plain text, as well as limiting string length and the number of selected values from multiple fields. Rounding functions are available for numerical data.

Value conversion can be applied to individual fields or to the entire file. The module configures the transmission of data from information blocks with their properties, user-defined values, as well as section names, section IDs, and user-defined section properties. It supports assigning constant values to mandatory tags for all items simultaneously, which is useful when specific data is missing. Complex values can also be transmitted to tags based on conditions: the system sends a field from the 'yes' branch or the 'no' branch depending on the specified condition.

The module enables the creation of composite values within a single tag by combining multiple fields. This is essential for merging product name, brand, SKU, and model into one string, which is critical for configuring ad campaign headlines.

Built-in support for category mapping allows users to create custom correspondence tables or utilize existing ones from trading platforms such as Yandex, Google, or TIU. This functionality resolves mismatches between a store's product categories and those of external marketplaces.

Multi-currency support is implemented according to the module's currency settings. The system supports conversion based on the site's exchange rate or public rates, along with currency rounding functionality.

The export engine supports a comprehensive set of conditions and condition groups. This allows for precise filtering of items, enabling the exclusion of products that do not meet specific criteria from the export file.

Technical support for the module is accessible directly from the profile settings page. The system maintains detailed operation logs and automatically emails a report with the results of each export.

The module provides automatic server capacity calculation to determine optimal module settings and minimize server load during import. Operational testing has confirmed stable performance when exporting over 1.2 million information block elements, ensuring reliability with large data volumes. Both manual and automatic export modes are supported. The system features step-by-step data export with configurable limits on the number of products added to the file per step. An automated diagnostic system checks site and server configurations, issuing warnings if required libraries are missing. A cache protection mechanism prevents portals from loading cached export data. The module generates files in XML and CSV formats for creating distributor price lists or Excel spreadsheets. Exported catalogs can be compressed into ZIP archives to accelerate data transfer over communication channels. Settings are available for both one-time and scheduled periodic automatic exports.

The marketplace integration module extends an online store's presence on trading platforms that support automatic product export. The solution enables catalog publishing on Yandex Price List, all.biz, blizko.ru, nadavi.net, price.ru, pulscen.ru, as well as on VikiMart, Yandex.Market, Google Shopping, Avito, and similar resources. This creates additional sales channels to increase order volume and business turnover without requiring manual management of each channel separately.

The setup process involves sequential steps detailed within the program interface, enabling users to generate correct data exports even without prior experience. Currently, the module supports the creation of properly formatted files for Yandex and Google systems.

The 'Export Products to Trading Portals' module enables exporting data to popular marketplaces. The integration process consists of two steps: generating a file with data and providing the link to it to the resource upon request. This expands sales reach without requiring manual management of exports.

A custom export format template is also provided, allowing the data structure to be configured from scratch for any other resources.

The module enables product export to marketplace and catalog systems, including Yandex Price List, All.biz, blizko.ru, nadavi.net, price.ru, pulscen.ru, Mail.ru, avito.ru, ebay.com, LEngow, as well as Ukrainian platforms Hotline.ua, Technoportal.ua, Price.ua, and Prom.ua. For avito.ru, export is supported by category: real estate, automobiles, houses and cottages, consumer electronics, job vacancies, business services, and contextual advertising. For ebay.com, the module supports product description export, price and stock management, and integration via the MP30 aggregator. The list of supported directions is regularly updated based on user requests.

In demo mode, the number of products in a single export profile is limited to fifty items. In the First Site, Start, Standard, and Expert editions, the conditions functionality does not work because it requires the Trade Catalog module, which is not included in these versions.

Full compatibility is guaranteed only on current stable versions of the Bitrix Site Management platform. Although the module may theoretically function starting from version 14.0.8, support is provided exclusively for tested stable releases.

For operation with social networks, a minimum PHP version of 5.4 is required, with version 5.6 recommended.

Some portals impose strict requirements on images; the current recommended resolution is 2160×3840 pixels (UHD/4K), which must be considered during data export.

Server configuration for the client and resolution of errors in standard 1C-Bitrix system tests are performed on a paid basis. Free technical support is provided only when access to the site is granted.

Refunds for the purchased solution are not available, as the transaction involves the transfer of usage rights rather than a tangible product or service.

A Limited License grants the right to use functional capabilities available under the Standard License, excluding the right to receive new application versions, technical support, cron-scheduled profile execution, category directory updates, and export profile operations for GoogleNews, tiu, goods, all.biz, prom.ua, blizko.ru, deal.by, and facebook.com*. Supported formats include XML, CSV, JSON, and Excel.
