The YasnoCore Voice module for the on-premise version of Bitrix24 converts call audio recordings into text transcripts and structured meeting protocols. Capabilities include uploading files via the administrative interface and utilizing pre-built protocol templates for meetings, sales, marketing, production, finance, and commercial negotiations. The system manages processing queues and automatically updates task statuses. Transcripts are stored securely within the module section. The interface displays the test balance, current account balance, and processed volume. It supports MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
The package includes a lightweight integration connector. Core processes such as speech recognition, speaker diarization, and protocol generation are performed within the secure YasnoCore Voice cloud service. The source code of the core engine and machine learning models is not provided to the client.
Connector installation is free. The processing fee includes 100 test minutes. Subsequent usage is billed at 0.39 rubles per minute with per-second calculation. There is no monthly subscription fee, and unused top-up balances do not expire. Charges are applied only after successful transcription; in case of an error, the reserved amount is returned to the account.
General iT can install “YasnoCore Voice: call transcription and protocols”, configure its settings and verify its operation in the existing project.
