whatAsoft Module: Task Search for Bitrix24 Business Processes

This component is designed to search for tasks in the system based on specified criteria and generate a task list within business processes.

Filtering capabilities include:

- Search by task name (partial match);

- Filter by task status;

- Filter by group (project) ID;

- Filter by parent task ID;

- Filter by connection to CRM entities (leads, deals, invoices, smart processes).

The module also supports setting a limit on the maximum number of records to return.

Integration is available in the following business process types:

- CRM;

- Smart processes;

- News feed;

- Lists.

Output results:

- Array of IDs for found tasks;

- Total count of found tasks.

The retrieved data can be used in subsequent business process steps for condition checks, decision-making, launching additional logic branches, or performing bulk operations on the found tasks. The standard Bitrix24 action "Iterator" is recommended for processing the task array.
