The module allows creating an unlimited number of feedback forms with individual settings. Available fields include: name, e-mail, phone, message text, attachment, quantity, date (calendar), time, and option list. This solution is suitable for implementing feedback forms, callback request forms (pop-up window), one-click product purchases, and reviews with ratings.
The module allows creating an unlimited number of feedback forms with individual settings. This solution is suitable for implementing feedback forms, callback request forms (pop-up window), one-click product purchases, and reviews with ratings. Optionally, you can enable CAPTCHA (standard Bitrix, Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha) and display the user agreement. All submitted forms are saved to the database and sent via e-mail to the administrator and the applicant according to the email template settings. The visitor's IP address and the form submission page are automatically included in each request. The component supports additional visual parameters and allows replacing standard phrases with custom text. Forms can be linked to an information block element and include the element's price. If the visitor is logged in, their user ID is recorded in the request, and form fields are automatically populated with data from their account.
The module supports integration with the sms.ru SMS mailing service to send notifications about new submissions. Messages are generated using a predefined template and sent to the phone number specified in the module settings for the specific site. The delivery status is recorded in the submission record.
Integration with Telegram is also available, allowing notifications to be sent to a specific user, group, or chat using a unique template.
The module automatically captures the applicant's geographic data. An administrative dashboard widget is available on the desktop to display form submission statistics.
General iT can take care of implementing “Simple Forms: request a call, buy in 1 click, feedback, SMS, email, Telegram, popup form”, including installation, configuration and result verification.
