WebProstor
The module automates interaction with the Wildberries marketplace via API. It enables the creation and updating of products, synchronization of prices and stock levels, and import of orders. The solution is compatible with 1C-Bitrix editions: 'Start' and 'Standard' (without the Trade Catalog module), as well as 'Small Business' and 'Business' (with the Trade Catalog module).
The module automates interaction with the Wildberries marketplace via API. It enables the creation and updating of products, synchronization of prices and stock levels, and import of orders. The solution is compatible with 1C-Bitrix editions: 'Start' and 'Standard' (without the Trade Catalog module), as well as 'Small Business' and 'Business' (with the Trade Catalog module).
The functionality allows automatic export of product information from specific information blocks with the ability to specify data sources. Key parameters transmitted include: name, SKU, brand, description, images, dimensions, and characteristics. The SKU can be defined as a product property, internal ID, or external element code. To simplify configuration, the module can automatically create a special property that determines whether a product is included in the export.
When a category is selected on Wildberries, the list of characteristics is automatically loaded. Additional parameters can be specified manually.
In editions with the Trade Catalog, you can choose the data source for product dimensions: infoblock properties or the catalog. The product export profile displays current information about assortment limits.
Price Update
A separate profile is available for exporting only prices, allowing you to set the current price and discount. In editions with the Trade Catalog, selection is made among price types, and the discounted price is calculated automatically. In module settings for these editions, you can specify the data source (infoblock properties or catalog) and determine whether to apply discounts from the Marketing section when forming the price. Pricing settings are available: markup as a percentage or a fixed amount.
Stock Update
The module supports a separate profile for uploading only stock levels with the ability to specify a particular Wildberries warehouse. In editions with the Trade Catalog, you can configure the upload of either the total available quantity of goods or the stock on a specific warehouse for dispatch to a designated WB warehouse. In the Small Business edition, if you actually operate more than one warehouse, you can configure the module to retrieve stock values from individual information block properties.
Import of FBS, DBS, and Pickup Orders
The module allows downloading assembly tasks from different Wildberries accounts with the option to filter by a specific time period. Orders are loaded into a separate module section; the Internet Shop module is not required for this function.
The orders section displays the task status, the date the order was accepted for processing, the date it must be handed over for delivery, as well as details on the ordered goods, their quantity, and cost. The system supports reserving goods on the website that were ordered on Wildberries. Reservations can be created for the product quantity in the trade catalog or for the stock level in the element property.
Information about incoming orders can be retrieved periodically via Bitrix agents or on a schedule using the cron scheduler.
Export Profiles
You can create an unlimited number of profiles for each type of exchange with Wildberries. To run a profile periodically, you can activate an agent and specify the update interval.
Profiles can also participate in processing events from the Information Block and Trade Catalog modules if the corresponding options are enabled in the module settings. This allows updating information for specific products in real time without waiting for a scheduled export.
Filtering is available for each profile type, including basic values (section, element, and export property for Wildberries). Additional options are available for specific profile types: product exports support filtering by brand; price update profiles allow setting minimum and maximum values; stock export profiles allow specifying minimum and maximum stock values for product search. The system provides a count of products included in the selection.
Export profiles can be copied, and batch operations are available for them in the list. The error log records failures during export to facilitate debugging. The task queue displays current operations for updating products and their attributes; task status is checked via a special form in the section. Integration settings support connecting multiple Wildberries seller personal accounts using tokens. You can set default units of measurement, the default currency for prices, and the default warehouse for stock export. The module uses data caching to speed up operations; caching duration can be configured or disabled to ensure information is up to date. For mass importing products, prices, and stock from Wildberries to a Bitrix site, use the separate Import Nomenclature solution, which supports CSV, XLSX, Excel, ODS, XML, YML, and JSON formats.
To work with data, download products in XLS format in the Downloads section and configure the corresponding import plans.
