The 'Order Chat' module enables direct communication between the buyer and the store directly within the order interface. This solution is designed for online stores built on the 1C-Bitrix platform that need to quickly clarify order details, approve changes, and answer customer questions without diverting communication to external channels.
Key features:
- Order page chat widget: a modern button, a message window, and emoji support.
- Admin order card tab: view history and send responses.
- Access control: available to the order owner or via a unique hash in the order link (similar to the standard order detail page).
- Notifications: an unread message counter displayed on the widget button and in the admin tab.
- Real-time updates: new messages appear instantly without page reload.
- Email alerts: automatic email notifications sent upon receiving new messages.
- Brand customization: configurable button text, colors (base, hover, badge, header, chat window, message bubbles), and the send button accent color.
On the order page, a 'Chat for Order' button is available. Clicking it opens a conversation window with the store, allowing the customer to send messages, view manager replies, and see the count of unread notifications while the chat remains open.
For the manager, the order card in the admin panel includes a dedicated chat tab for communication with the buyer. New messages are highlighted with a counter, and any response is sent to the same dialogue thread visible to the customer on the website.

UPDATE HISTORY
After purchasing the module and activating the coupon, the banner "operating in demo mode" no longer appears.
The reset of demo restrictions in the full (purchased) Marketplace build has been fixed.
Fixed the loading of the chat AJAX controller on Linux: the widget no longer crashes with the error 'Could not find description of api.chat.init'.
The autoloader now respects the case sensitivity of class file names (as in the Bitrix core).
