What this solution does
The module provides automatic integration between a 1C-Bitrix online store and Yandex Eda via the official retail API. Product catalogs, current prices, and stock levels are transmitted to the system automatically without manual intervention. Orders received from Yandex Eda customers are created in the site's admin panel as standard orders, with all changes synchronized in both directions.
Product and trade offer export is performed from any catalog information blocks, preserving section structures, images, barcodes, and VAT information. The module supports weight-based products, including setting prices per kilogram, defining sales quantum, and automatic conversion from grams.
To comply with legislation on the platform economy, the system transmits mandatory fields: OKPD 2 and HS codes, certificate and declaration details, manufacturer information, state registration data, and GTIN codes. Starting from October 1, 2026, Yandex Eda will not list products lacking this data.
Mapping of Yandex Eda fields to information block properties, catalog fields, or constants is flexible and requires no programming. The module supports multiple stores, allowing each location to have its own warehouse, price type, and associated website. The feature for displaying a crossed-out old price can utilize data from another price type, a product property, or a calculated catalog discount. Stock changes are sent to the system in batches instantly, preventing the sale of out-of-stock items.
The module supports receiving orders under three schemes: delivery by Yandex couriers, delivery by store couriers, and self-pickup. Customer details, address split into parts, delivery time slot, phone numbers, courier code, and payment method are stored as order properties. Orders paid via Yandex are immediately marked as paid in the system.
Bidirectional status synchronization is implemented. Managers work within the standard order card, while Yandex monitors order assembly, readiness, and cancellation. The website status updates when Yandex cancels the order, transfers it to a courier, or completes delivery. The system transmits the actual order composition, accounting for item weighing and removal. Product substitutions are supported, allowing manual or automatic offers of analogs to the customer and applying customer-selected substitutions to the order. Courier notifications include the courier's name, phone number, and arrival at the store.
Configuration is centralized in a single interface for managing access, stores, product and order property mappings, delivery services, payment systems, and statuses. An exchange log displays request and response bodies for immediate visibility of incoming and outgoing data. Verification tools include catalog diagnostics, Yandex response previews, test order creation, and full stock export. Security relies on OAuth 2.0, a Yandex IP whitelist, retry mechanisms for connection failures, and protection against duplicate orders.
The Slytek module provides integration with the Yandex Eda service for retail operations. The solution functions correctly with clean URLs on the website without affecting the /order/ page or disrupting the order placement process. The code is fully localized and was developed without modifications to the core system.
General iT can connect “Yandex Eats: Retail Integration”, configure it and verify the integration with the existing website.
