The bot sends notifications to both users and administrators regarding new orders, status changes, tracking number updates, order payments, and order cancellations.
The system supports configuring notifications based on email template events using template variables. Default templates for notifying users about product arrivals are included. Users can view order details by order number.
Customizable notification templates with all necessary variables are available for both users and administrators. Notification functionality can be enabled or disabled separately for each role. User authentication in the bot is performed using a login, email, or phone number along with a password.
The module enables user authorization in a Telegram bot using an order number, email address, or phone number. Login is supported via direct links with a start parameter that transmits the order identifier and contact details, either in plain text or Base64-encoded format. The system allows sending messages to individual users, specific chats, or all subscribers at once. Administrators have access to a list of registered users and can configure custom interface buttons for the bot. To ensure stable website interaction with the bot, the use of proxy servers is supported.
General iT can take care of implementing “Telegram: orders, forms, notifications, mailing (Telegram)”, including installation, configuration and result verification.
