SIMAI: Online Reception - Module for Handling Appeals under Federal Law No. 59

What this solution does

The SIMAI: Internet Reception module enables the processing of appeals from citizens and organizations on your website in compliance with Federal Law No. 59-FZ dated 02.05.2005. A section for citizen appeals is mandatory on the websites of state bodies, local self-government bodies, state and municipal institutions (including educational, medical, and cultural organizations), as well as other organizations entrusted with performing publicly significant functions.

The module includes a standardized form for submitting appeals as electronic documents. The form contains all fields required by legislation:

- selection of the addressee (official or body);

- surname, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);

- organization name;

- email address for receiving responses and notifications;

- phone number;

- appeal text;

- file upload capability;

- consent to personal data processing in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

The personal cabinet allows tracking the status and result of request consideration. The applicant receives email notifications regarding the registration number, status changes, and the final decision. The personal cabinet displays information for each submitted request, including the ability to check the current status. Administrators receive automatic notifications about new requests, can communicate with applicants to clarify details, and generate responses in compliance with Russian legislation. The module is used in solutions for business, government, educational, medical, cultural, scientific, and non-profit organizations.
