In Bitrix24, employees by default can view only tasks where they are assigned as executors or belong to the designated group. Managers have expanded access and can view tasks assigned to their subordinates. However, there is often a need to grant an employee access to tasks belonging to other users.
In Bitrix24, employees by default can view only tasks where they are assigned as executors or belong to the designated group. Managers have expanded access and can view tasks assigned to their subordinates. However, there is often a need to grant an employee access to tasks belonging to other users. This is required, for example, when a manager goes on leave and their task control duties are delegated to a responsible subordinate, or when managers of parallel departments need to see each other's tasks and those of their teams. It is also necessary when a manager cannot keep up with the volume of tasks and requires assistance from an additional employee. Manually adding observers to every task becomes time-consuming when the number of tasks is large. The Scoder: Bitrix24 Task Access module solves this problem automatically. In the settings, you simply specify the source user (PARENT), whose tasks need to be mirrored, and the recipient user (CHILD). The system will automatically add the CHILD as an observer to all tasks accessible to the PARENT.
The module allows providing employees with view access to specific tasks.
Attention! The solution is built using the D7 API. Server versions of 1C-Bitrix compatible with the D7 core are required for proper operation.
The module is not compatible with the cloud version of Bitrix24.
