Group tasks by employees
The module adds a 'Group by Employees' mode to the personal task list and Gantt chart for the on-premise version of Bitrix24. In this mode, tasks for each assignee are grouped separately. The group header displays the employee's name and a link to their profile. Groups can be collapsed or expanded to focus on a specific employee.

Groups can be collapsed or expanded to focus on a specific employee. Subtasks are displayed within the parent task structure and in the group of their assignee. Additional displays do not create copies of tasks.
Each employee selects the mode independently. An administrator can enable it for a pilot group, for all employees, or disable it. Standard access rights are preserved: the module does not grant users access to other employees' closed tasks.
The module works only in the on-premise version of Bitrix24; it does not function in the cloud version. Build 1.0.0 is designed for main version 26.800.0, tasks version 26.500.100, and PHP 8.2. The installer checks versions and checksums of source files. If incompatibility or a conflict with other local modifications is detected, installation stops until the components are adjusted.
The module enables grouping tasks by employees. It supports the List and Gantt personal views for the current user only. Scenarios involving work group pages, other employees, the calendar, Kanban, and the mobile application are not supported. Drag-and-drop reordering of rows within the grouping mode is disabled. Before updating Bitrix24, verify compatibility on a test copy.
The license covers a single portal and includes the first 12 months of updates and technical support. Renewal of updates and support for the subsequent 12 months requires a separate fee. If renewal is not purchased, the installed version continues to function without restrictions. No separate developer service or additional applications are required for operation. The license for the boxed version of Bitrix24 is not included in the module cost.
