Administrators gain centralized control over settings and a guarantee that the original Disk configuration will be fully restored when the module is disabled.
The module completely replaces the standard document processor. Files from the Disk, tasks, CRM, groups, mail, and other entities open through the specified OnlyOffice server. Configuration is straightforward: simply enter the server address, Client ID, and Secret Key, then activate the module with a single toggle switch.
The system automatically creates a backup of the current OnlyOffice settings in Bitrix24 before activation. This ensures a full return to the original state upon deactivation. The module operates seamlessly: users notice no interface changes except that documents open through their own server instead of the standard one.
Activating the Mcart Office module redirects all office document operations in Bitrix24 to the specified server. When the module is disabled, Disk settings are automatically restored from a backup to their pre-activation state.
The configuration applies globally to the entire system without requiring separate setup for Tasks, CRM, or Disk. The solution works immediately upon installation.
The processor is utilized in the following areas:
- Disk: personal and shared files.
- Tasks: attachments to tasks and comments.
- CRM: invoices, commercial proposals, deal files, and contact files.
- Workgroups: documents from group folders.
- News and discussions: files attached to messages.
- Mail: attachments opened via the viewer.
Consequently, any document requiring viewing or editing within Bitrix24 is processed by the designated server.
Requirements:
- The 'Disk' module installed (included in the standard package).
- An active OnlyOffice server or a compatible server with network access.
