The 'Customizable Registration and Authorization without Code + Full Compliance with 152-FZ' module for 1C-Bitrix automates form creation, contact verification, and personal data collection in strict accordance with legislation. The solution enables configuration of registration and authorization via phone, call, and SMS without involving programmers. Management is performed through a visual interface in the administrative panel using a No-Code approach. Users can modify form appearance, add required fields, and test them in the built-in preview mode before publishing on the live site. The system replaces standard authorization and registration forms without requiring changes to the source code.
The authorization and registration module for phone, voice call, and SMS complies with 152-FZ and supports INN processing.
Built-in integration with SMS.ru enables free authorization via voice call. Unlike standard SMS sending, activating calls does not require complex registration or operator moderation. The feature is enabled immediately, allowing for budget savings.
Form styling is configured visually without coding. For sites using Aspro and Sotbit solutions, the module automatically adapts to the template's color schemes and theme settings.

Authorization functionality
The module offers flexible login method settings to optimize costs and protect against automated attacks:
Incoming call authorization (Flash Call / Code in number):
The customer enters their phone number, and the system verifies their identity via an incoming call. Verification is performed through the SMS.ru gateway. The cost for the site owner is 0 rubles. This method fully prevents spam bot and SMS bomber attacks.
SMS confirmation:
If sending codes via SMS is required, the module utilizes the standard 1C-Bitrix mechanism. It supports all SMS providers integrated into the CMS (including SMS.ru, SMS-Center, SMS-Direct, and others), as well as third-party messaging modules.
Email login:
Fast passwordless authorization via a one-time code sent to the specified email address.
Classic authorization:
Login using a username and password.
The module provides login via phone number through calls or SMS for users accustomed to standard authentication methods. The functionality complies with 152-FZ regulations and supports identification by INN. Module activation is performed in the admin panel.

Flexible registration form field management

3. User type separation (suitable for B2B and B2C)
The module allows configuring distinct registration scenarios for different customer categories. 4. Automatic details population via INN (Russia and Belarus)

- legal address and head of organization data.

5. Seamless synchronization of user data with orders
Information entered by the client during registration or authorization is automatically transferred to the parameters of the current or subsequent order. The buyer does not need to re-enter their address or company INN, which significantly reduces the number of abandoned carts.

Roskomnadzor annually tightens requirements for personal data protection. Fines for collecting data without proper consent or errors in privacy policies can reach 300,000 rubles for a first violation. Repeated violations or data leaks may result in turnover-based fines up to 3% of the company's revenue. Plain text under a form is no longer sufficient evidence in court. The module stores a digital snapshot of consent, recording the exact timestamp, IP address, and the specific version of the document accepted by the user.
Consent log
The module provides user authorization and registration via phone number using voice calls or SMS messages. The system supports processing consent texts in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ and allows linking tax identification numbers (INN) to user accounts.
A version history of user consent texts is maintained. The system records the specific document edition with which the user consented during registration or authorization.
The module provides an open API and a ready-to-use component for displaying consent forms anywhere on the site. Developers can integrate the 152-FZ log into custom AJAX forms, subscriptions, contact forms, callback widgets, or one-click order functionality.

When using Yandex Captcha in the registration form, a page refresh was required if registration ended with an error. After the fix, the captcha is now updated automatically.

Under certain server configurations, cache clearing during the saving of registration and authorization forms in the admin panel did not work correctly, resulting in a white screen after saving. The save operation itself worked correctly.

Full compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
The module now provides full recording of user consent for the processing of personal data, meeting all requirements of Roskomnadzor and Russian legislation.
Storage of consent documents with versioning. Each consent text is stored with a change history: editing automatically creates a new version. Users always consent to the specific text edition that was current at the time of registration.
User consent log. The system records every instance of consent provision: date and time, user IP address, URL of the page where consent was given, and the exact text of the document version. These data are ready for submission to Roskomnadzor upon request.
Ready-to-use consent documents. Upon installation, ready-made texts for "Consent for Processing Personal Data" and "Privacy Policy" are automatically created, which can be adapted to your company.
Public document pages. Each document is available via its own URL on the site (e.g., /consent_lr/politika-konfidencialnosti/), and links to them are automatically inserted into the registration form text.
Administration section "Personal Data (152-FZ)". A convenient interface for managing consent documents, viewing the log with a detailed page for each record, configuring columns, and exporting to Excel.
