MODULE FOR 1C-BITRIX
LogicTim
2-in-1 Accumulative Bonus System (Cashback) + Referral System
The module combines a cumulative bonus system with cashback and a referral program. It provides integration with 1C and other accounting systems without requiring any code changes on the website side. Data import and export configuration is implemented solely on the 1C side.
The module combines a cumulative bonus system with cashback and a referral program. It provides integration with 1C and other accounting systems without requiring any code changes on the website side. Data import and export configuration is implemented solely on the 1C side.
The LogicTim module for the cumulative bonus and referral system ensures rapid installation and intuitive configuration within one minute. A flexible rule builder allows creating complex bonus accrual scenarios for different users, purchase conditions, and products, similar to the cart logic in 1C-Bitrix. Various options for paying orders with accumulated bonuses are supported.
The system includes a multi-level referral program and a balance withdrawal function, including the processing of withdrawal requests. Users receive notifications about bonus movements via SMS and email. The module automatically integrates into standard Bitrix cart and checkout templates, as well as popular solutions such as Aspro: Maximum, Aspro: Premier, and INTEC.KOSMOS, where bonus display is embedded directly into the catalog template.
Additionally, integration with the Bitrix24 CRM system is implemented. A user personal cabinet is automatically created immediately after module installation. The system supports printing cash receipts and exporting orders to 1C, accounting for bonus payments treated as discounts. An API is provided for developers to integrate with external offline systems, such as 1C.
The '2-in-1: Loyalty Points System (Cashback) + Referral System' module by LogicTim requires no manual integration with the 'Aspro:Maximum' template; all functionality and interface elements activate immediately upon installation. Documentation for configuring data exchange with 1C and external systems is available via the REST API.
This solution combines years of experience in loyalty system development with flexible configuration options and intuitive management. Automatic integration is implemented in order checkout and shopping cart templates, as well as in the 'Aspro:Maximum' catalog. For other catalogs, simple configuration via the module API is provided. The user personal cabinet is generated automatically immediately after installation.
The module works correctly with standard checkout and cart templates, as well as their derivative versions. When paying with points, the system converts them into a product discount, ensuring correct receipt printing and accurate data export to 1C (reflecting points as a discount).
2-in-1 module: Loyalty points system (cashback) and referral program by LogicTim. Enables flexible configuration of bonus accrual scenarios and their use for order payments. The settings interface is intuitive, and integration with the website and external services via API is straightforward. The module architecture is optimized to minimize server load, with installation and initial setup taking only a few minutes. The system supports automatic notifications regarding bonus movements via email and SMS.

- Bonus activation delay after condition fulfillment;
- Bonus expiration time;
- Manual bonus assignment by an administrator.
Accrual differentiation capabilities based on:
- Specific website;
- User group;
- Individual user;
- User registration date;
- Time interval since the first or n-th order;
- Order sequence (every n-th order or only the n-th order);
- Total user purchase amount;
- Specific order amount.
The '2-in-1: Loyalty and Cashback System + Referral System' module by LogicTim enables flexible configuration of point accrual based on numerous criteria. Rules can account for cart composition, payer type, selected payment and delivery methods, as well as information block structures and catalog sections. Accruals vary depending on whether a product belongs to a specific information block or section, its price, the presence of discounts, any product properties, and can be applied precisely to individual products or trade offers.
The system supports paying for either a portion of an order or the entire order using points. Administrators can set minimum and maximum limits for such transactions. The system allows defining the principle of point usage: points can be applied as partial payment or as a discount on the total amount. Payment conditions are configured with the same flexibility as accrual rules, including the ability to specify which products are eligible for point payment and in what quantities.
Users can initiate a withdrawal of accumulated funds from their account. All operations are recorded in a detailed history of accruals and deductions that cannot be modified at the system level. The administrative panel provides information on point movements within each order and allows administrators to pay for orders using points directly from the order page.
The system ensures data integrity for bonuses, preventing unauthorized manipulation.
The module includes built-in settings for automatic e-mail notifications to users when bonuses are credited. It supports 1C-Bitrix mail events.
Users can view their current balance and transaction history. Bonuses are automatically returned if an order is cancelled.
Using the module's API, information about the number of bonuses per product can be displayed in the product catalog, shopping cart, or any other location on the site.
The system supports the module's bonus account as well as internal Bitrix accounts.
The module offers a convenient API for quickly integrating bonus information into website templates and for connecting external services. Documentation is available for template integration and for module customization via API.
The module combines a cashback-based loyalty accumulation system with a referral program. It allows flexible configuration of bonus accrual and payment rules, including the creation, copying, editing, and definition of their application order. The system supports product filtering based on specific conditions and defines scenarios for awarding points for various actions: placing an order, registration, birthdays, posting reviews, subscriptions, clicking through a repost or referral link, and orders placed by referred users. Customers can pay for purchases with bonuses and submit withdrawal requests.
Global module settings include the selection of the account used and the method for paying with bonuses. Parameters for automatic bonus accrual for orders and the referral system are configured separately. The module provides automatic integration into standard cart and checkout templates. It supports displaying the bonus balance in the personal cabinet, as well as in the catalog and cart. Integration is supported for the ASPRO-NEXT template, as well as for custom and legacy checkout templates on the Bitrix platform.
The bonus accumulation and referral system module does not alter the site layout or affect its design. To display bonus information in the catalog, the relevant data must be integrated into the site template. The integration process is documented in the installation guide and the module API specification.
For the “2-in-1 Accumulative Bonus System (Cashback) + Referral System” module, General iT can perform installation, configuration and a functional check in your project.
UPDATE HISTORY
What’s new
30 releases
5.0.9 (11.10.2026)Latest update
Full integration with Bitrix24 CRM has been added
5.0.8 (08.10.2026)
Added convenient and extensive reporting functionality (currently 13 different reports are available, covering most requirements).
Based on the results of all reports, marketing recommendations for adjusting the loyalty program are provided.
All reports can be exported to Excel.
5.0.7 (23.09.2026)
Preparation of the loyalty levels functionality.
5.0.6 (19.09.2026)
Enhanced: When viewing an order in the admin panel, if payment was made with bonuses, each product item previously displayed the information "oplata bonusami". Now it displays "Payment with bonuses" along with the actual discount amount per item provided by the bonuses.
Fixed: In the new version of the module, when storing operation history in the module table, the condition for applying the "Order payment with bonuses" rule was not triggered.
5.0.5 (03.09.2026)
Fixed: When working with the "Accrual for review" rule, if reviews are stored in an information block and are not activated immediately, bonuses might not have been accrued. Fixed. The cause was the absence of the user ID in the Bitrix data on the event of updating information block elements.
5.0.4 (03.09.2026)
On the migration page to the new version of the module (tables instead of information blocks), the "Test" marker has been removed. The migration system has been tested on a sufficiently large number of projects.
In the administrative panel, the module menu is now expanded by default.
5.0.3 (03.09.2026)
In the bonus personal cabinet template, the use of the dark theme when the browser or device dark theme is enabled has been disabled. The use of the dark theme in Aspro templates continues to work.
5.0.2 (31.08.2026)
The bonus personal cabinet component and template have been updated.
The personal cabinet now features:
A modern and user-friendly personal cabinet interface.
The ability for users to filter the list of transactions by type and date when viewing in the personal cabinet.
Display of the referral structure with options to view as a table or as a tree with level-by-level viewing.
Statistics for the user's referral system: number of referrals by level, number of orders from referrals, and total credited amounts.
Automatic styling for templates (personal cabinet styles adapt to the template styles): Aspro Maximum, Aspro Premier, Aspro Next, Sotbit Retail Basic.
AJAX functionality for the template. All data is loaded on demand, which speeds up performance and reduces server load.
5.0.1 (21.08.2026)
Added: Bonus import functionality from internal Bitrix accounts to the module's accounts has been added.
5.0.0 (13.08.2026)
Changed: the instructions section and all links to instructions have been updated.
Changed: upon new installation of the module, it installs with the new version without requiring migration (operates on tables instead of information blocks).
Changed: in the administrative panel, data in the order information property "Bonuses Accrued" is no longer saved. All order data is now located on the "Bonuses" tab. The new Bitrix API requires a complete re-save of the order when a property is changed, which could affect third-party functionality. Therefore, this feature was removed: no one needs it, and it could indirectly affect the operation of other scripts.
Added: when displaying the list of operations in the user's personal cabinet, a check for the correctness of the page number has been added. On some sites, the Bitrix pagination system could return a negative or zero page number, which naturally caused an error.
Added: integration with the Aspro Premier catalog even when a custom template with a modified name is connected. Now, the check and connection of bonus display does not verify an exact match of the template name, but checks for the presence of the text within the name.
Fixed: sorting by column fields in the list of promo codes in the administrative panel was not working.
4.3.4 (05.08.2026)
Fixed: Corrected the encoding of certain special characters when displaying operation information in the admin panel.
4.3.3 (04.08.2026)
Fixed: In the new version, after migration, withdrawal operations and pagination were not displayed in the user's personal account.
Fixed: In version 4.3.0, files were overwritten with outdated versions. As a result, the promo code functionality worked incorrectly in the version after transferring data from information blocks to tables. This update restores the current files and restores promo code functionality in the new version after migration.
4.3.2 (04.08.2026)
Added/Fixed: When migrating to the new version, the ability to continue transferring data was added in case the window was closed and the process was interrupted.
4.3.1 (03.08.2026)
Added: Automatic integration into the Aspro Premier template
Now bonuses are displayed in the template catalog automatically without the need for any integrations or actions.
4.3.0 (03.08.2026)
Added: Ability to transition to the new module version for companies ready to test the new version.
Description: The new version is significantly more convenient and informative, does NOT use Bitrix infoblocks, stores detailed information, and performs automatic recalculation of bonuses when the order composition changes.
New functionality, reports, and convenient tools for both administrators and website users will be actively added in the new version.
Fixed: Under certain rare conditions (related to program settings, website settings, and product catalog), an error could occur on the checkout page. The error has been resolved.
4.2.6 (26.07.2026)
Added: In the accrual rules, it is now possible to specify a fixed expiration date for accrued bonuses (choice available: lifetime - interval, or a specific date).
4.2.5 (24.07.2026)
Fixed: When making REST requests from 1C, if authorization data was provided, the session was re-verified, which could lead to data transmission errors (the issue could manifest only in the latest versions).
4.2.4 (21.07.2026)
Fixed: When making REST requests from 1C, if authorization data was provided, the session was re-verified, which could lead to data transmission errors (the issue could manifest only in the latest versions).
4.2.3 (19.07.2026)
Preparing the module for transition to the new version.
4.2.2 (10.07.2026)
Promo code functionality has been added.
Administrators can create promo codes; when activated, users' bonus accounts are credited via the bonus personal cabinet.
4.2.1 (06.07.2026)
The bonus distribution mechanism in the form of a discount has been modified:
- Discounts are now created using the Bitrix discount provider;
- In the administrative panel on the order page, the actual payment made with bonuses is displayed next to each item;
- During aggressive recalculation, when all discounts are reset via the API except for standard Bitrix discounts, the bonus discount is now preserved (restored);
4.2.0 (01.07.2026)
Fixed:
Changed the saving of the order property indicating the order payment amount in bonuses. Previously, an error could occur if the order was created incorrectly via the API and the required property did not exist in the order.
In the REST API, encoding validation has been added for data coming from 1C. If data arrives from 1C in incorrect UTF-16 encoding instead of the standard UTF-8, it is converted to the standard format.
The recalculation of delivery cost payment in bonuses has been updated to align with changes in the Bitrix API.
In preparation for the new version of the functionality:
Detailed information about the accrual now includes the price type and currency of each order item used in the bonus calculation.
Detailed information about bonus accrual now includes information about the bonus account used (Bitrix account or module account).

4.1.9 (02.06.2026)
Security update.
4.1.8 (29.05.2026)
Vulnerabilities fixed. The patched vulnerabilities could not lead to a site hack or external infection, but could affect site functionality.
4.1.7 (22.03.2026)
Fixed error in version 4.1.6 (user zero balance was not taken into account during calculation).
4.1.6 (21.03.2026)
Intelligent distribution of bonus payment: proportional discount calculation per item (based on LRM)
4.1.5 (07.03.2026)
Preparation for transition to version 5.
4.1.4 (06.03.2026)
Fixed an error when checking bonus accrual upon changing the order payment status if no bonuses are accrued for the order. The error could manifest when saving a modified order in the admin panel, but did not affect module functionality.
4.1.3 (21.01.2026)
In the module's exchange API, when transferring data to 1C, a check for data correctness received from 1C has been added.
4.1.1 (20.12.2025)
Added the ability to specify how many days before the birthday to award the bonus.

The 'Customizable Registration and Authorization without Code + Full Compliance with 152-FZ' module for 1C-Bitrix automates form creation, contact verification, and personal data collection in strict accordance with legislation. The solution enables configuration of registration and authorization via phone, call, and SMS without involving programmers.
The module enables order confirmation at pickup points using one-time codes sent via SMS. This allows managers to verify that the person requesting the order is its rightful owner by matching the provided order number.
The process works as follows: a manager enters the customer's phone number in the order's administrative panel, and the system sends a four-digit code to that number.
The bundle includes two modules: a combined system for accumulating bonuses (cashback) and a referral program, along with a module featuring configurable registration and authorization mechanisms.
The Sotbit Smart Filter SEO module is designed to increase online store traffic. The tool operates by generating numerous unique pages for smart filters.
The module automates image compression on the website in accordance with Google PageSpeed Insights recommendations. It supports integration via CDN OptiPic, allowing optimization without modifying image URLs. The main advantage of CDN integration is the automatic conversion of images to the modern WebP format to minimize file size. Browsers that support WebP receive images in that format.
The module is designed for online stores running on the 1C-Bitrix platform to automate the integration of supplier product catalogs. It is also suitable for news and city portals to facilitate content population. The solution supports data import in Excel, XML, YML, CSV, and RSS formats.
The displayed price covers the solution itself. Platform licensing, installation and customisation are checked separately. If the page offers bundles, select the required option before submitting a request.
