What this solution does
The module provides integration between amoCRM and websites built on the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management (BUS) platform. It automatically transfers leads from web forms, including any forms that send emails, as well as online store orders, into amoCRM. Each lead from the website is converted into an amoCRM deal containing contact details, company information, traffic source, and a task for the manager.
Connecting amoCRM to Bitrix is a one-click process: simply click the Connect amoCRM button, log in to your account, and grant permission. The integration is created automatically without the need to manually create components in amoMarket or copy keys.
The module works with all forms from the standard Bitrix Web Forms module, including dynamic forms. There is no limit on the number of forms, and each can have its own specific rules.
Configuration is performed directly within the form card on the Integration amoCRM tab. When a new form is created, the tab is automatically populated with form question data: deal name, name, phone, email, company, and notes. The user only needs to select the sales funnel and save the settings.
Any deal, contact, and company fields in amoCRM are supported, including custom account fields of various types: text, numbers, dates, lists, and checkboxes. Form answers, tags, and static text can be mapped to these fields, and deal tags can be assigned.
The "Send test request" button instantly displays how a deal will appear in amoCRM, even before saving the current settings.
The module supports any website forms: standard feedback forms, template forms, and custom solutions. Requests from forms that send emails are also automatically forwarded to amoCRM. This applies to the main.feedback feedback component, forms from ready-made solutions, templates, and custom forms. There is no need to rewrite the form for "Web Forms."
Configuration is performed on the "Email Forms" page by email event type. You must enable sending and bind fields similarly to web forms. Email fields are accessible via tags such as [AUTHOR], [AUTHOR_EMAIL], and others. To access all fields at once, use the [ALL_FIELDS] tag.
The original email is sent unchanged and without delay; the module does not modify its content. Emails generated via "Web Forms" do not enter this flow, which prevents the creation of duplicate deals.
Integration of online store orders with amoCRM
Every new order in the Bitrix system automatically creates a deal in amoCRM. The deal budget is based on the order amount, contact details are extracted from order properties, and a company is created for legal entities.
The deal note includes the order composition, amount, delivery details, payment information, coupon data, the buyer's comment, and a link to the order in the control panel.
The sending function is configured separately for each payer type. By default, orders created via the control panel or received through 1C exchange are not forwarded to amoCRM.
Integration of amoCRM with website forms and online store orders
The module implements the "one order, one deal" principle: re-saving an order does not create duplicates.
At the first site visit, traffic source identifiers are captured and retained during navigation. These include UTM parameters, Roistat, Openstat, yclid, gclid, fbclid, and the Yandex Metrica ID.
The following data is automatically transferred to the amoCRM deal: entry and submission page URLs, search engine, traffic source, visitor region, and the form name and ID.
Assignment and ownership
Managers receive a fully configured deal with an assigned responsible person. When a new contact and company are created, the same employee is automatically set as the responsible person.
Contact search and merging
The system searches for an existing contact in amoCRM by phone number or email address. The found contact is linked to the deal, preventing the creation of duplicate contacts.
Handling repeat submissions
A repeat submission from the same client is added to their open deal as a note labeled "Repeat submission," along with relevant tags and a task, rather than creating a new deal.
Automatic task creation
A task is created for the manager alongside the deal, containing the task text, the assigned responsible person, and the deadline.
Submission log
The "Services → Submission log to amoCRM" page displays the history of every lead and order. Each entry shows the status, number of attempts, a link to the deal, and the error reason if the transmission failed. Filters are available by status and data source.
The "Resend" function activates after a connection failure. The "Rebuild and send" command is used after fixing configuration issues, such as when a field is deleted in amoCRM: the application is regenerated while preserving the visitor's tags.
While unsubmitted applications exist, the control panel displays a notification with a link to the log.
The log does not display visitor personal data, only the source, status, and error description.
Applications from the site are not lost. The visitor does not wait for a response from amoCRM: the application is sent in the background, and the deal appears in the system within a few seconds.
If amoCRM is unavailable, the send operation is repeated automatically. If the application cannot be sent, the administrator receives an email with the reason and a link to the log.
The token is updated in advance. Keys and tokens are stored in the database in encrypted form.
The module's service log is protected from external access.
Compatibility
Supported: amoCRM on amocrm.ru and amocrm.com, as well as Kommo (kommo.com) — the international version of amoCRM.
1C-Bitrix: Site Management, PHP 8.2, multisite support, and composite site support.
Updates from previous versions require no reconfiguration: forms and the amoCRM connection are preserved.
The module enables data transfer from contact forms and online store orders to amoCRM. It supports standard forms from the Web Forms module, any forms that generate mail events within the 1C-Bitrix environment, and orders from the Online Store module. If user-created forms fail to send emails, consult the documentation or specialists to configure proper integration. The solution automates lead collection and order synchronization without manual entry.
General iT can handle the implementation of “Integration of amoCRM with website web forms and online store orders”, from installation to configuration and compatibility checks.
