The module enables adding all employees of a selected department to a meeting. When viewing or editing a meeting where an entire department was invited, all participants are displayed individually by name. This allows you to see the full list of attendees and remove specific individuals from the meeting without excluding the entire department.
The 'Departments in Meetings' module extends meeting scheduling functionality by enabling participants to be organized by organizational units. This simplifies access management and team composition display within a single event.
