After implementing Bitrix24, many companies continue to rely on external web services. However, not all employees, especially new hires, are aware of every resource or keep them organized in browser bookmarks. Locating a specific link often becomes a time-consuming process: asking colleagues or managers, requesting the link via messenger, and then remembering to save it while noting which browser was used.
The 'Company Links' module consolidates all critical web resources in one centralized location. This ensures that all portal users, including remote staff, have immediate access to essential services. New employees save time for the team by avoiding repetitive questions about the company's main website, legacy sites, or URLs for the 1C web client.
The module creates a dedicated section titled 'Services - Company Links' and adds a corresponding widget to the portal's main page. Links can be grouped into categories, with no limits on the number of categories or links.
Portal users can select only the links they need from the general list and add them to Favorites. This list appears in the new Favorites Links widget on the portal's main page, immediately below the Company Pulse widget.

In the standard user profile, a department head sees only their direct subordinates and the employees of their own department. Information about subordinate departments and their staff is not displayed in the card, even though these departments are organizationally subordinate to the higher-level manager.

In the 'Time and Reports' section on the 'Meetings and Briefings' tab, individual users can be invited, but there is no option to add an entire department at once. When a department has around 10 to 20 employees, manually adding each person consumes significant time. Additionally, with a large number of participants, there is a high risk of accidentally omitting someone from the list.

This module optimizes deal cards in Bitrix24 by enabling the collapsing of field blocks. Over time, a deal card accumulates numerous sections: details, products, tasks, custom fields, and related elements. Managers often need to work with only a few blocks but must scroll through the entire list.
Yugadar: Logging Excel exports from the administrative section
The module records all data export operations to Excel from the administrative panel. The system automatically creates a table entry for each file download performed by an administrator. This provides immediate access to a complete action history, allowing you to identify who downloaded which report and when.
