The approver can accept or reject the request with a single button click. This functionality helps reduce unnecessary task volume and directs attention to critical matters.
Once installed, the module adds a 'Negotiate' button to task interfaces. The assignee or creator clicks the button, selects the colleague for approval, adds a comment, and sends the request. The recipient receives a bell notification, navigates to the task, and makes a decision. All actions are automatically recorded in the task history as system comments.

In the standard Bitrix24 version, when a mailbox is connected in the Mail module, messages are sent not from the mailbox address itself, but via the account address defined by default in the msmtp configuration.
