In the standard Bitrix24 version, when a mailbox is connected in the Mail module, messages are sent not from the mailbox address itself, but via the account address defined by default in the msmtp configuration. The NBTech module for Bitrix24 automatically adds users to task watchers when they are mentioned in the task chat. During task discussions, employees often use @mentions to tag colleagues. While the mentioned user receives a notification for that specific message, they do not automatically become a chat participant or task watcher.
