What this solution does

When an employee resigns or goes on extended leave, the handover of tasks and responsibilities becomes critical. The standard Bitrix24 functionality requires manual verification of assignees for tasks and events, which is time-consuming. Managers must individually check each item and assign responsible parties where they are missing.

The "Fusion: Handover" module automates this process to save company resources. It scans and identifies objects without assigned responsible parties across the following categories: tasks, deals, leads, companies, contacts, calendar events, and business processes.

This solution is designed for company, department, and division managers. It enables quick monitoring of tasks that have not been transferred to colleagues before an employee's departure.

The module offers flexible configuration: after installation, users can enable or disable checks for specific object types, such as tasks or events only. Additionally, new categories for verification can be added.

After configuring the module, a 'Pending Tasks' button appears in the employee profile. The slider displays the complete list of tasks grouped by category. If a task or event has no assigned responsible person, the manager can delegate them individually from the module or select all tasks from one or multiple categories.

The module prevents an employee from being terminated if they have pending tasks. This ensures that tasks assigned to a terminated or absent employee are not lost and all related work is delegated.
